This is a huge washer/dryer combo Cleans great but tub too deep Hard to reach small items e.g. socks because the drum is to large

I like this washing machine very much. The only complaint I have is that it is very deep and if you are short, it is hard to reach down into the bottom of the tub. There is a smaller version of this washer, however, no matter the issue, I am happy that I purchased this particular washing machine.

I luv the size of the drum. It washes a lot of clothing at one time and has a nice amount of relevant settings

So far so good. We just started using this a month ago. One thing I recommend is to try to balance out the laundry as evenly as possible. Don't put all towels on one side and socks on the other. Since there is no agitator inside, you want the load balanced as much as possible.

the washer is very big. Its so big that if you're just washing small clothes like socks its hard to retrieve them from the bottom of the tub. I have to get a step ladder. But other than that these are a good choice to have.

Pros: Love the large drum and big capacity. Gets clothes much cleaner than my old machine. Lots of cycles for every need. Cons: I wish I could change the water temp mid-cycle, so that I could mix hot with warm. Also, certain cycles (such as the Normal cycle) do NOT allow you to select water temp. This seems counter-intuitive.

I find the washer works well. There are a lot of settings to use which makes it convenient to time your wash. The washer has a very large capacity so you can wash large loads but the container holding the clothes is very large and deep and find it difficult to remove the small items at the bottom when loading the dryer.

I enjoy this machine. It has the option to add more water which is great for my husband's dirty clothes. If you are short, you will need a stand to get to the bottom of the tub though.

Nice size for the price great features easy to use

The larger capacity washer is nice to have and the price didn't break the bank. I'd give it 5 stars if it was a bit less expensive or didn't have an annoying jingle when you leave the door ajar. I hate that part in fact. I don't need another thing nagging me about the door being open. I had a girlfriend for that.

Almost 5 years after purchase and washer is rusted in many places. After a quick google search I found this to be a common problem with Samsung top loaders. Do yourself a favor any buy something else.
