I spent hours trying to figuring it out thinking my washer was defective. You aren't going to just throw and load in, press a few buttons, and walk away. NO! You will need to properly distribute the weight to ensure your machine doesn't attempt to tip itself over. I don't remember having this issue with my old dryer, but maybe that what killed it, haha.

No issues and works as expected. it has a large tub and we have no issues with washing a King comforter. I'm tall and have no issues getting to the bottom of the tub but my wife is not so tall...she uses a stool to get those socks off the bottom of the tub. We have had this for over 18 months without any issues at all.
