Customers are saying
Customers love the large capacity, cleaning performance, quiet operation, and ease of use of this 5.0 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer. However, some customers mentioned that the washer's depth may be inconvenient for shorter individuals, and that the spin cycle and balance could be improved. A few users also reported experiencing issues with the machine's reliability. The small agitator size was also noted as a potential drawback by some users.

Clean wash cycle but noisy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This washer is very loud and noisy during the rinse and spin cycle verses the one it replaced. The humming noise can be heard a floor or two up from where it's located. The previous model was recalled that's why I ended up with this as a replacement. The full cycle is longer than the previous one but also gets the job done. If the humming noise doesn't bother you, this washer will work perfectly for you.
