Replaced a 14 year old Samsung system with this one. Newer model is much quieter and appears to spin better. The wifi features are nice with notifications and we like the larger capacity. Would purchase again.

Looks beautiful in our owner's entry. Eventhough they are full size units, they stack very well. Make sure that you order the stack kit before it is delivered to you. It is quiet and efficient. The tunes that it plays when done is entertaining.

I'm very happy with the washer it has the capacity I need, it also gets my large loads very clean.

Not only does it work well but SmartThings notification when it is completed alone is worth the purchase!

Cleans clothes, better than the GE it replaced. The cycles are long but it seems to not use as much electricity. Wish it had a light in tub, sometimes I miss a sock or small item. GE would often hang (stop) mid cycle, GE advertised its vent Sys (after end of cycle) I’m hoping this unit dries out between loads. Towels have come cleaner, seems to rinse deeper , longer. Options on control dial are clear. Heavy but Easy set up. Doesn’t dance across the floor on spin cycle.

Great washer. We are really enjoying our Samsung front load washer w/steam & super speed wash. I use the quick wash a lot. Haven't tried the steam yet--a little intimidating to me. This machine is a vast improvement over our old washer with the post in the middle that was always catching & ripping our clothes. Haven't had it long, but so far would definitely recommend.

Loving our new Samsung front load washer & dryer. The cream and rose gold accents is perfect for our new laundry room. Both machines are very quite and have amble different settings for specific washes and drying. Also a huge fan of the clothes steamer that is built into the dryer. We’ve only had them for a little over 2 months but so far we are loving them. Family of 5 and the machines keep up with all our washing and drying needs.

I’ve always had Samsung appliances and live them but this washer is so loud it’s ridiculous. I have small kids and a super loud house but when this thing spins it’s like a train going by your laundry room. I switching as soon as I can afford to.

It is wonderful. It’s quiet and I can wash large amounts all at once. It is super sensitive digital features so that takes time to get used too but great washer.
