A: Although I usually use the dispenser, I've added it both ways and the clothes have come out fine.

Best new home purchase
Bought this washer and dryer as a set when we purchased our new home and it has been absolutely fantastic. It is a smart washer so there is an app you can download and there’s various options through the app of things you can do, and also tells you things like when to run a self-clean cycle too or when your washing machine is done running. We’ve had it for a year and are a home of 3 with a toddler and 3 animals, so laundry is something that is done very often in this home and we’ve had no issues whatsoever. The 2 guys who came and hooked them up on drop off day were also great and even ran both machines to make sure everything was working fine before they left. Overall very satisfied and would buy appliances through Best Buy again!!
