Customer Ratings & Reviews

I genuinely love this washer. The Samsung 5.0 cu. ft. High-Efficiency Smart Front Load Washer nails the perfect balance of power, efficiency, design, and intelligence. First off, the Super Speed Wash is a game-changer. You get a deep, thorough clean in a fraction of the time—no more waiting an hour for everyday loads. Despite the speed, clothes come out spotless, fresh, and well-protected, which speaks to how well-engineered the drum and wash algorithms are. The Steam Wash feature is another highlight. It does an excellent job lifting stubborn stains, sanitizing fabrics, and reducing allergens, making it ideal for bedding, work clothes, and anything that needs extra care. You can actually feel the difference in cleanliness. Design-wise, it’s a showstopper. The brushed black finish looks incredibly premium, modern, and sleek—more like high-end tech than an appliance. It elevates the entire laundry space. The stackable design is perfect if you’re working with limited square footage but still want full-size performance. On the smart side, this washer delivers. The SmartThings connectivity lets you monitor cycles, receive alerts, and optimize performance right from your phone. It’s intuitive, responsive, and actually useful—not just a gimmick. And let’s talk efficiency: High-Efficiency (HE) water usage Quiet, low-vibration operation Large 5.0 cu. ft. capacity that handles bulky loads with ease Bottom line: this washer is fast, powerful, smart, quiet, and beautiful. It feels thoughtfully designed for real life, not just specs on paper. If you’re upgrading your laundry setup and want something that feels luxury-level but practical, this is an easy recommendation. Highly recommended.

Clothes come out sparkling clean, even on delicate cycles, and the various wash options cater perfectly to all my laundry needs. The large capacity easily handles even my king-size comforter, and the energy efficiency is a welcome bonus – my utility bills have definitely seen a positive impact. The sleek design looks fantastic in my laundry room, and the intuitive controls are a breeze to use. Highly recommend this washer to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and stylish appliance! Five stars all around! I am glad i got Best Buy to deliver and install. Having the Total Membership has been great to us!

I just got the Samsung 5.0 cu. ft. washer, and I couldn’t be happier. The capacity is incredible—easily handles large comforters, towels, and big family loads with room to spare. Despite the size, it runs impressively quiet, which is a big plus since my laundry area is near the living space. The cleaning performance is excellent—clothes come out fresh, bright, and evenly washed. I really appreciate the wide variety of wash cycles, from quick washes for light loads to deep cleaning for heavily soiled clothes. The controls are straightforward, and the digital display makes it easy to track cycle progress. The drum design is gentle on fabrics, and the machine’s spin cycle extracts a lot of water, which shortens drying time. It also looks sleek and modern, making my laundry space feel upgraded. Overall, it’s a powerhouse washer that combines capacity, efficiency, and style. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to tackle laundry faster and better.

I absolutely love my washer and dryer. It looks nice esthetically. It’s quiet, large enough to fit my blankets/comforter. Even sings me a little song when it’s finished cleaning. Not to mention it’s a Samsung too! I’m a fan of Samsung products and TV’s.

The Samsung 5.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer has exceeded all my expectations. The brushed black finish gives it a modern, premium look that fits perfectly in my laundry room. With the 5.0 cu. ft. capacity, it handles large loads with ease, saving me time and effort. The Super Speed Wash feature is a lifesaver—washing a full load in just 30 minutes without compromising cleanliness. The steam cleaning option is fantastic for tackling tough stains and sanitizing clothes. The smart features make it incredibly convenient. Being able to start, monitor, and receive notifications about my laundry through the app has made my laundry routine so much easier. It’s also super quiet, which is a huge bonus.

This thing is cool quiet and sexxxy. I read a lot of reviews of dif washers. There are 3 things to do before you use it. 1. Read the inatruction manual. 2. Make sure you take out the 4 shipping bolts holding the cord. You unscrew a little and the long screw is connected to a plastic cork you pull out. 3. Calibrate it. You hold 2 buttons and it runs a calibration. It tells you in the book. My phone isnt compatible with the app. Its a older phone. But i would recomend. I had a 80s maytag.it still works!! But got a great deal and time to upgrade. The only negetive is the moisture. I never owned a front load washer. And some other reviewers cover it. But you should leave the door and drawer cracked open so it dries to prevent a smell. Its what they all say. But this has self clean so not really a big deal if you dont. But makes sense. But i would highly recomend. No complaints

Love the design and color. Blended with any color of your house. Works great. I like the sounds when laundry is finish. It’s quieter sounds. Recommended for sure

I love it! I replaced a different brand with this one and am so glad I did. It’s not only beautiful, it’s streamlined high tech, and performs extremely well.

The quick wash is very quick (19 min.) yet seems to get clothing with normal daily soiling clean. The steam settings take longer, but are worth the time if someone in the house is ill or we have been out where poison ivy may be a concern. It is a quiet machine and the function choices are intuitive. The buttons are not true push-type buttons of the 1990s, but touch sensitive so a very light hover will activate them. The door handle groove being at the top takes a little getting used to, after 20 years of it being on the horizontal on our previous machine but that's a minor inconvenience we'll adjust to.

Updated my Samsung washer with this version, and we are very pleased with quietness it works in the background. Excellent washer.

Highly capable, nicely designed, quality construction, and incredible smart features that unlock additional drying modes. Installation services from Best Buy made getting up and running a breeze. Very pleased with this washer!

The washer and dryer is well worth it! Just make sure you watch when it is being tested. My dryer was broken and took about 2 weeks and a headache to be replaced. The managers and team lead Tanner at Weatherford Best Buy, made my headache go away and truly saved my future business with Best Buy!

I love this washer, it is perfect for my family of 6 with 4 children that always have stains or spills. I also noticed my water bill decreased with this washer. I was almost everyday and havnt had ANY issues. The only thing I had to get used to was making sure I don’t leave any pieces out. Once you press start it isn’t a good idea to pause it and open it back if the water has started to fill or if the detergent was already poured in its designated area. It is truly a large load capacity as well. I washed some bedding to test the strength of the washer. ( in my family we don’t put bedding in the washer because it tends to get heavy and wet and cause problems) the washer remained quite through the entire cycle AND the blanket came out fluffy and not soaked in water. 10/10 definitely recommend. I’m buying the dryer next. I love this washer. PLUS you can start loads from your phone if you are in a hurry leaving the house, you can toss in the items you need and set the load type from the smart things app. If you are tech savvy and know how to care for your electronics and home appliances this is a great investment. The last thing I’ll mention is the different load options to meet every need when it comes to whites, delicates bedding you name it! I’m satisfied with this item! Go buy it.

Excellent washing machine. It looks great , is huge inside, and has very intuitive controls. We really like the incremental adjustments to aspects of the wash cycle, like number of rinses and spin speed. Overall, we really love this washer.

These machines are absolutely stunning. Very skeek design and great color combos. They operate whisper quiet and get your items so clean! Love the ability to control them from my phone via the app.

This washer uses significantly less water and energy which is cost-effective. My clothes come out impeccably clean, even with larger loads. The washer operates remarkably quietly, even during high-speed spin cycles. The washer has a self clean cycle option which is a great feature that helps to keep the washer clean and smelling fresh. The washer can also be controlled with the mobile app. It adds a modern, sophisticated touch to my laundry room and perfectly complements the matching dryer.

I’m really happy with this washer so far. I bought the brushed black model and it looks super sleek in my laundry area. Installation was a lot easier than I expected—I was able to set it up myself without any issues. The 5.0 cu. ft. capacity is huge, so I can run fewer loads, and the Super Speed Wash feature is a lifesaver when I just need something cleaned fast. It’s also quieter than my old machine, even when it’s on a heavy cycle. The smart features are a nice bonus—I like being able to get a notification on my phone when the cycle’s done so I don’t forget. Steam clean works great for freshening up clothes and getting rid of wrinkles, too. Overall, it’s been an awesome upgrade. Easy to use, looks sharp, and gets the job done better and faster than I expected.

Samsung washer and dryer is an excellent choice for high-volume laundry needs, especially for large families. The combination of a massive drum, smart features, and efficient cleaning performance on most cycles makes it a powerful appliance.

It's the best machine I have had. It's fast, efficient, and has a huge capacity. I was happily surprised by the machine. Its very pretty too.

I was forced to buy a very specific size, so when i settled on this washer. i was afraid it was too fancy. Honestly they are super easy to use. Really fast too. Its also nice seeing that 2 years later the black friday price is more than i paid.
