I wasn't sure if it was what I needed, big mistake... I love it. The capacity is inmense, no noise, great performance. Very happy with my washer machine.

This washer is perfect for large loads. Our clothes come out feeling and looking more clean than our old washer. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is because the cycle times seem long. We are very pleased with the quality and ease of use.

Very high tech. There are many settings to learn and each is different depending on the load of laundry you are washing. Large capacity without the old-style dasher that most units used to use. This unit has a spinning disc at the bottom of the tub that spins and the entire tub spins in both directions to agitate the laundry. Has trays that you can load detergent and fabric softener into so that they are not directly poured onto the clothes. There is also a spot to add liquid bleach if so needed. Unit is very efficient and is a water saving unit. Digital timer tells you how long the load will wash for and there is music that sounds when the unit is finished. Extremely quiet when running and does not go out of balance with larger loads. Designed to wash large comforters and pillows with your other bedding laundry.

Have already used this washer for several loads and have had zero issues. Our clothes come out looking and smelling so clean and fresh. I read some of the reviews prior to purchasing which made me a bit skeptical prior to receiving but those people just need to READ THE MANUAL to learn how to use the washer properly. You can customize the settings so many ways and are not stuck with hot water, extra spin cycle, low water level etc. It does take a little longer to run the washer now compared to my 13 year old machine this replaced but worth the wait. I believe it’s common that the newer machines have longer cycles. I can also fit 2x the load in this machine compared to my old one with an agitator. So maybe laundry takes longer, but I’m doing fewer loads. For those who want a shorter cycle there is a Quick Cycle that cuts time in half. Time will tell how reliable this one is but so far very happy. I bought matching dryer too and they look great together.

This washer has a much bigger drum than I thought it would. I is very easy to use and does a beautiful job. I like that it doesn't have a wringer. It think it's much easier on the clothes. It also appears to be pretty efficient with the water usage. I would recommend it, especially if you have a large family because you can get so much in each load.

Machine is quiet and seems to run well. I love the faucet feature as my laundry room does not have a faucet. Only thing I'm not as pleased with is water level. Wish you could select the water level. When washing towels you have to use the deep fill setting to get enough water for the cycle. The deep fill is not available on the "Normal" cycle. The "whites" cycle is 1.5 hours long and bath towels are not that dirty. It does great with smaller loads . But I bought it for the larger capacity. I've had the machine for 1 month.

I really wasn't looking to buy a new washer, but the boss said get one to replace the one you don't like, so I found this one on Google. I can't say I'm unhappy with this one; it has a great capacity - in fact, I have to stretch to reach the bottom to get clothes out. It has great selection of washes, rinses, spins, rinse and spin, just spin, etc. Not terribly difficult to program. I don't use the APP so can't say how that works. Clothes seem to come out clean. Not crazy about the detergent/fabric softener dispenser, but it's not serious. However, it does seem to take a long time doing a standard load of wash - sometimes over two hours. And even on high spin, the wash seems "wetter" than it should be. I like being able to see into the washing machine when it is filling, running, spinning, etc. All in all, I like the unit and would recommend it.

It was a replacing of my 15 years old top load washer. I chose the top load because I have kids and senior who may not know how to use the front load washer. It was a good choose and it is very easy to use. I paid more for the bigger size model. Very quiet and doesn’t have out of balance. We have it for 4 months and no issue.

Top notch washer! My best friend has the same model and I’ve had washer envy until I bought my own. Quiet, and concentrated on getting clothes clean instead of dancing all over my laundry room like my GE did when it got off balance - like every load!!!

The last Maytag machine we had was shot and I needed a new one. I decided to spend a little more to get this Samsung and match the dryer we had. This is the best I've had in a while. Not only is it enormous inside but it makes less noise and washes so much better

So many options to choose from, love the presoak setting, holds a lot of clothes, washes them excellently.

Replaced my 23yr old Maytag for this washer. Appearance is great, has lots of features, price was comparable with other brands. My biggest issue is with the new washer now is without an agitator, so the balance of my loads have been frustrating. This washer senses the load size with a few initial spins and these vibrate the drum and the rest of the washer significantly. Once it has that figured out the rest of the wash and spins appear to be much smoother. With the new HE feature on the models today using less water takes a little getting use to and wondered if my clothes would really get clean, but they do! I did experience that during my first couple of loads that were small that the balance with vibration was terrible initially. After talking to several other people I found out that they do not do small loads as good. With such a big drum it takes me awhile to accumulate enough to do a medium to large load since there is just one person using this washer. Overall I like the appearance, all the features and that it cleans my clothes great. I expect I will get use to the initial vibration during the load sensing.

Great product at a good price point. My wife loves the large capacity and it's quiet. Seems to wash really well, and the multiple options are sufficient for just about any function. Large enough for washing a comforter, as well as reducing the number of loads we need to do to get the whole family's laundry done!

This is a BEAST! Holds a ton and does extremely well. Easy to use and has a great way of letting you know when it is time to move to dryer! Strongly recommend!

I have had this washer for about a month now, and even though my previous washer did a load in about 30 minutes, and this one is a minimum of almost an hour, It still reduces laundry times, since I can do a bigger load at a time. I am also able to dry them faster, when they are put in the dryer, because it does an excellent job of getting the water squeezed out. It also seems to do a much better job of cleaning the clothes, but my prior washer was a minimum of 12 years old, so that may be why. I do have some trouble reaching the very bottom of the tub, even with the easy reach version, but I am only 5'1. I can get them it is just a stretch. So far I am extremely happy with this model.

I picked this up when it was on sale around 4th of July and the price was well below what I could find at my local stores. In fact the price was just a little more than the baseline, old-school, traditional washers for sale, whcih made the upgrade a no brainer. So far it has proven to be an outstanding upgrade over my old school washer. So far this machine has handled everything we have thrown at it and I couldn't be happier. Outwardly, the washer has many features in common with most current models from all manufacturers. I don't need a washing machine that looks like art deco architecture or a 1950's luxury car, and the basic white body and silver accents are fine. I am not totally sure the purpose of the window-lid, with the cat does seem to enjoy watching it spin. As I have a private well and not city water, it's hard to gauge if this washer uses less water than our old washer, but it is quieter and does not shake like the old one did from day one when it spins out. I like that there is an easy to read digital timer on the display so I can tell very quickly if I should wait a few minutes to unload before going off to do something else. My favorite design feature is the elimination of the "agitator" from the drum which makes loading/unloading easier, and eliminates the possibility of (usually delicate) things from getting tangled up around it. One other nice thing about this washer is that it is higher but narrower than my old, traditional style washer which means it fits a little better in the closet space set up as the wash room. This washer doesn't have and smart/network features, but I don't need that level of washer management in my life. The available wash options seem to cover anything I might need, and I even like the alert chimes that sound like nostalgic video game midi music rather than an annoying buzzer or beeper.

I have owned this washer about 2 weeks now. I went from a 3.2 cubic washer with an agitator to this 5.0 with no agitator. I love the amount of space it has and the time it saves me since I can wash more than 4-5 towels at once. It is simple to use and overall very quiet. I am 5ft tall so reaching down to pull out socks can sometimes be a little challenging. However, I keep a small step stool in my laundry room anyway so if needed I just grab it. I recommend this washing machine to anyone looking to purchase.

I’ve owned this washing machine for 2 years and have been very satisfied. We are a family of 4 (a preschooler and toddler) so this machine gets plenty of use. I would recommend it based on ease of use, how well it cleans, efficiency, and the value you get for the price. It’s definitely an improvement over our last washer (not Samsung), which lasted just shy of 5 years.
