This washer is amazing. So quiet and cleans the clothes very well. Even though I got it on a labor day sale, I would still buy it at full price. Loads that were too big in our previous washer are barely even half full in this one. Easy to use and has more options then we need, but still nice to have available. Just amazing.

I decided to by a Samsung Washing machine based on its its reviews and my sister's recommendation because she also owned one but a higher level model. My Samsung 5.0 cft. washer is great! It has enough room inside the tub to do a king size comforter! But not to puffy of a one. It is simple to use. Has many different types of settings, which are very easily changed, even in the middle of a load wash. It has no agitator!, which i love about this machine! My old washer had an agitator and i found that it had a tendency to put holes in my shirts! Now, with the Samsung 5.0cft washing machine, there is no agitator eating my shirts! It has many different cycles to choose from. Even a Quick Cycle, which only take about 30-35 minutes, depending on other settings like water temp, how dirty the cloths might be setting, spin rate, rinse cyles, etc. I also like how the liquid detergent is mixed with the water as it fills. It also has a deep water setting. If you want to save on water, it can sense how much clothes are in the washer and adds water accordingly. You don't have to worry about setting water levels. It was also was a nice price and financing was avalible! I opted for delivery. The delivery guys were on-time and very helpful in placing the washer where we wanted it. We did are own installation, simple and quick! You can't go wrong if you choose a Samsung top load 5.0cft washing machine, energy star rated!

We have had our washer for a few weeks now and we really like it. I can't get over how much room is in side of it even after loading it up with a large blanket or towels. It does take a lot longer to cycle through a load than our old fashioned agitator one we used to have, but it's quiet and does the job. I hope with all the new fangled electronics associated with it we'll get many years of use out of it before anything goes wrong.

When it came time to replace our 15yr old washer and dryer set we were amazed how things have changed in the product choices. we knew we wanted a HE washer. Decided on a top load to avoid some of the issues front loads have been known to have. We went with the Samsung for several reasons. The washer has thousands of 4 and five star ratings. Our washer has lived up to all those high reviews. The unit has a exceptionally large washing tub. Large loads are not a problem. The slanted top of the washer makes reaching in much easier. We were initially concerned with such a large capacity the unit may be loud trying to wash. We have found the washer to be quite. When the spin cycle starts it is smooth, fast and surprisingly quite. Take note to make sure the washer is level. The large easy to read control panel is fast to set and start a load. Being a HE washer, the Samsung senses the weight of the laundry and fills with the appropriate amount of water. However if you desire you can select Deep Fill option. We have used this feature and it works as it states. We washed a king size comforter with no issues. Overall we are most pleased with our choice. Strongly recommend!

This will be my second Samsung. The last was 8 years old. I do 2-3 loads of clothes a day. I do 7 throw rugs a week. Great Dane beddings, three adult beds and 5 people's clothes. I'm a washer killer! The old machine I never had to have serviced. It was rusting at the bleach dispensary and water flow wouldn't stop unless I smacked the control panel. I decided it was time for a new one. Samsung did some great changes from the old machine. The higher easier reach bottom, soft close lid, water spout, deep water option, fast fill and it's a heavier built machine. We will see if it will survive this household. I also like the touch controls, easier on my osteoarthritis hands. I watched the washer move the clothes around it did a great job. Great improvements from 2015 model. Hoping 2023 will last a long time.
