It has ample room for our family’s laundry (4 full grown humans). Each load takes longer to run than we would like, but overall a good washer.

The capacity is great for a family of 4 with 2 boys that are into everything. Loads of options for different load types. I can dump an entire basket of laundry in and it will clean everything. It runs quietly, which a great as I work from home and the laundry room is next to my office. The Active water jet comes in handy when one of the kids spills something on their clothing so you can quickly get the stain out.

It has varying cycle settings which is great for various laundry needs. It has a large cu. in. capacity. On a side note, it plays a pleasing "song" to indicate when the cycle is complete.

It does a good job cleaning clothing and towels and sheets. I am worried about reliability. I’ve only been using this for about 6 weeks. My only gripe is it takes about 2 plus HOURS to wash a decent size load with 2-3 rinses. Using so little water, I want to use an extra rinse or two to make sure all the detergent is removed

It is easy to use and I like the water jet. It is quiet and seems to be washing everything very well. I have only had it a little over a month but, love it so far.

I have a new washer with all the bells and whistles that I was never sure which buttons to push! Usually just used same setting every wash to keep it simple. So I ended up giving him my washer and keeping this one. It has been great so far, more room on the inside and with top load, dont have to bend down and very easy to use.

Nice washer, but...

One thing that I did not pay attention to when I bought it is the fact that Samsung chose to slant the top of the washer (and dryer) toward the front. The angle is sharp enough that it is precarious to, even temporarily, put anything on it, because it will likely slide off onto the floor. (Think detergent bottle, clothes hangers, etc.) And, wash cycle times are extremely long. The "Whites" cycle with "Fabric Softener" runs over 2 hours.

It seems to work well at cleaning but takes longer on the predefined cycles. So far we are very pleased at how quiet it runs.
