Great product at a good price point. My wife loves the large capacity and it's quiet. Seems to wash really well, and the multiple options are sufficient for just about any function. Large enough for washing a comforter, as well as reducing the number of loads we need to do to get the whole family's laundry done!

I’ve owned this washing machine for 2 years and have been very satisfied. We are a family of 4 (a preschooler and toddler) so this machine gets plenty of use. I would recommend it based on ease of use, how well it cleans, efficiency, and the value you get for the price. It’s definitely an improvement over our last washer (not Samsung), which lasted just shy of 5 years.

Top loading is the way to go and this machine works very well. Super silent with many functions. Easy to load and it even lets you know when the load is done. You can download an app to use with the machine. Oh and another great thing, I can now wash my beddings, lots of room.

Great machine with nice quick washing cycles. Full load capacity. Very quiet and efficient machine.

I have had this washer for about a month now, and even though my previous washer did a load in about 30 minutes, and this one is a minimum of almost an hour, It still reduces laundry times, since I can do a bigger load at a time. I am also able to dry them faster, when they are put in the dryer, because it does an excellent job of getting the water squeezed out. It also seems to do a much better job of cleaning the clothes, but my prior washer was a minimum of 12 years old, so that may be why. I do have some trouble reaching the very bottom of the tub, even with the easy reach version, but I am only 5'1. I can get them it is just a stretch. So far I am extremely happy with this model.

I have owned this washer about 2 weeks now. I went from a 3.2 cubic washer with an agitator to this 5.0 with no agitator. I love the amount of space it has and the time it saves me since I can wash more than 4-5 towels at once. It is simple to use and overall very quiet. I am 5ft tall so reaching down to pull out socks can sometimes be a little challenging. However, I keep a small step stool in my laundry room anyway so if needed I just grab it. I recommend this washing machine to anyone looking to purchase.

Good washer. Not to loud, washes big loads and is easy to use

The washer is very user friendly with easy to use controls and dispensers. It has ample room for our family’s laundry (4 full grown humans). Each load takes longer to run than we would like, but overall a good washer.

This washer is very quite and does an excellent job of cleaning the clothes. It has varying cycle settings which is great for various laundry needs. It has a large cu. in. capacity. On a side note, it plays a pleasing "song" to indicate when the cycle is complete.

Highly recommend this washing machine!! Easy to use and does a great job of cleaning everything. I especially love the extra large tub. Used to take 1-3 loads to wash all of our bedding and blankets… now all it takes is 1!!!

This this washes clothes like a beast. It even sings a sweet song when a cycle is complete. I can even take a bath in it. I let vagrants and door to door sales men clean their clothes in my washer. Leaves no residue.

Quiet, efficient, able to take large loads, comes out clean

The washing machine is awesome. I love the deep tub. My king comforter fits in it. Within the 2 years iv owned it, it’s got out of balance probably 5 times. That’s with heavy loads. I wash dog beds, comforters, quilts, curtains everything!! I’m very pleased with it. Plus love all the options on it. Liz

Large capacity, impeller design (no screw type agitator). Spin cycle is a bit weak requiring more drying time. Experience at store and with installation crew were excellent.

Washer cleans clothes well and is quiet. Machine does tend to get out of balance a lot. Easy to load and empty.

My sons washer broke and I went out looking for replacements for him and found this for a very reasonable price. I have a new washer with all the bells and whistles that I was never sure which buttons to push! Usually just used same setting every wash to keep it simple. So I ended up giving him my washer and keeping this one. It has been great so far, more room on the inside and with top load, dont have to bend down and very easy to use.

Samsung uses very little water and is extremely quiet. It does a good job cleaning clothing and towels and sheets. I am worried about reliability. I’ve only been using this for about 6 weeks. My only gripe is it takes about 2 plus HOURS to wash a decent size load with 2-3 rinses. Using so little water, I want to use an extra rinse or two to make sure all the detergent is removed
