Large capacity. Does small loads exceptionally well. Quite, easy to use.

Washer is easy to loader with great capacity and easy to set up and operate. Measurement system tray has cut down on my detergent use with better results. Rings clothes thoroughly making less work for the drier.

This is a nice looking washing machine, which I had a certain amount of importance to me. More importantly, however, is that it was easy to move about, hookup, and get to washing. The controls are easy to use, and it has plenty of options. You can fit a massive amount of clothes in here, which is outstanding. I did have trouble with it sensing the right amount of water for a few loads, but it just takes some tweaking and time. Overall, this machine does what it is intended to do, wash clothes, and for the right price.

Awesome product. VERY, VERY quiet. Superior cleaning, way too many cycles but fun to use. Geek Squad installation and set up superb. Hugh capacity cuts down number of times you need to run.

Very easy to use, quiet and cleans clothing very well... only down point , if you’re short like me 5 feet tall- it is difficult to retrieve clothes from the well of the machine. Otherwise I love it !!!!

Excellent machine. Easy to use. Relatively quiet. The size is also great for a family of four. Only function missing is the ability to save and create a custom cycle.

Honestly, a pretty solid washer so far. I have been putting it through the ringer... no pun intended. Handles a nice big load, it's really intuitive. No complaints so far. Very quiet.

I admit I have only been using this for a day or so, but I am really impressed. Due to the virus I installed this myself. It went in easy and was basically ready to use out of the box. My experience comes from units I used as a kid as well as several used basic models I had purchased previously. They always worked and did their job, but this one is just better. It is quiet, efficient, and I can't say I have ever seen my work clothes come out as clean as this washer did. In fact, I managed to get what used to take 2 days or so of laundry done in a single day in part due to its size but also its speed and efficiency. I haven't played with all the settings yet but I remain impressed with it.

We are really enjoying this Samsung washer. It does a great job on everything from a few pairs of socks up to a very large comforter and everything in between. Granted it takes a long time to wash things compared to older non high efficiency machines, which is normal for all HE machines. It is pretty quiet and keeps itself balanced really well. The settings are pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. We are very pleased with our purchase!

I've had this washer for 2 years now, and I have had zero issues. It's large enough to wash my queen size comforter, which was necessary for me. My clothes always come out smelling fresh and clean, and it doesn't need a ton of water to do so. The well is deep, and I'm 5'1", so getting clothes out takes a little extra effort sometimes. That's the only drawback.

It’s easy to use and holds two quilts easily. Also it’s not noisy. It was installed quickly and safely. I like how it has many different washer levels. It also has very good reviews.

Works great, cleans clothes very well and is the quietest washer I’ve ever seen. Glass top door is really nice and the capacity is incredible!

Guess we must be old school! Never had an agitator- less washer. Getting used to this method of cleaning. I still always use the "add fill" water option on my loads to get more water. Yes, the cycle times are MUCH longer than a standard washer, but the results have been good so far. Clothes are coming out clean and seemingly less wrinkled. We'll see about the energy cost savings over time.

So far so good. My old washer broke and we've been working this one a lot for the past week and super easy to use. Clothes come out clean, love the big capacity.

Love this washer!! You can stick so much in at once. It's very deep. Helpful when it comes to washing bedding. Quick, quiet and leaves are clothes smelling so good.

The capacity is great but when spins not to great. Often it becomes off balance not good

This washer’s tub is huge! Runs very silently. Tells u how long it will take to complete with any of the many choice’s. The see thru top is great to have. They offer They 3 versions of modal. Self-Cleaning mode is great!

Large capacity, impeller design (no screw type agitator). Spin cycle is a bit weak requiring more drying time. Experience at store and with installation crew were excellent.
