My sons washer broke and I went out looking for replacements for him and found this for a very reasonable price. I have a new washer with all the bells and whistles that I was never sure which buttons to push! Usually just used same setting every wash to keep it simple. So I ended up giving him my washer and keeping this one. It has been great so far, more room on the inside and with top load, dont have to bend down and very easy to use.

I love my new Samsung 5.0 washer. It's so easy to use, cleans even my dirtiest laundry! It's large capacity washes comforters and blankets with ease. And it's plays a wonderful melody when it's finished a load!

I went to this machine after using a front loader for the last 10 yrs. It is easy to use and I like the water jet. It is quiet and seems to be washing everything very well. I have only had it a little over a month but, love it so far.

The washing machine is awesome. I love the deep tub. My king comforter fits in it. Within the 2 years iv owned it, it’s got out of balance probably 5 times. That’s with heavy loads. I wash dog beds, comforters, quilts, curtains everything!! I’m very pleased with it. Plus love all the options on it. Liz

Machine is very user friendly. The soap & fabric softener units are a real nice feature. The washer is very quiet and does a nice job of cleaning.

Load capacity is great. Easy to use. Only that it takes more than 1 hour even for small loads.

Awesome washer. Tons of room and clothes come out clean and fresh. Fairly quiet cycles. The "song" when the cycle is finished is a little long, but it can be turned off.

Have had numerous washers over the years and most don't last long. This one if efficient and quiet. I like the fact no agitator, so it doesn't beat up the clothes.

Overall, the washer works very well, and it is quiet. One thing that I did not pay attention to when I bought it is the fact that Samsung chose to slant the top of the washer (and dryer) toward the front. The angle is sharp enough that it is precarious to, even temporarily, put anything on it, because it will likely slide off onto the floor. (Think detergent bottle, clothes hangers, etc.) And, wash cycle times are extremely long. The "Whites" cycle with "Fabric Softener" runs over 2 hours.

Large capacity. Does small loads exceptionally well. Quite, easy to use.

Large capacity, impeller design (no screw type agitator). Spin cycle is a bit weak requiring more drying time. Experience at store and with installation crew were excellent.

This is our first non-agitator washer so we are still figuring it out. It seems to work well at cleaning but takes longer on the predefined cycles. So far we are very pleased at how quiet it runs.

Washer is easy to loader with great capacity and easy to set up and operate. Measurement system tray has cut down on my detergent use with better results. Rings clothes thoroughly making less work for the drier.

We are really enjoying this Samsung washer. It does a great job on everything from a few pairs of socks up to a very large comforter and everything in between. Granted it takes a long time to wash things compared to older non high efficiency machines, which is normal for all HE machines. It is pretty quiet and keeps itself balanced really well. The settings are pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. We are very pleased with our purchase!

I've had this washer for 2 years now, and I have had zero issues. It's large enough to wash my queen size comforter, which was necessary for me. My clothes always come out smelling fresh and clean, and it doesn't need a ton of water to do so. The well is deep, and I'm 5'1", so getting clothes out takes a little extra effort sometimes. That's the only drawback.

Awesome product. VERY, VERY quiet. Superior cleaning, way too many cycles but fun to use. Geek Squad installation and set up superb. Hugh capacity cuts down number of times you need to run.

This is a nice looking washing machine, which I had a certain amount of importance to me. More importantly, however, is that it was easy to move about, hookup, and get to washing. The controls are easy to use, and it has plenty of options. You can fit a massive amount of clothes in here, which is outstanding. I did have trouble with it sensing the right amount of water for a few loads, but it just takes some tweaking and time. Overall, this machine does what it is intended to do, wash clothes, and for the right price.

This washer’s tub is huge! Runs very silently. Tells u how long it will take to complete with any of the many choice’s. The see thru top is great to have. They offer They 3 versions of modal. Self-Cleaning mode is great!

Excellent machine. Easy to use. Relatively quiet. The size is also great for a family of four. Only function missing is the ability to save and create a custom cycle.

Very easy to use, quiet and cleans clothing very well... only down point , if you’re short like me 5 feet tall- it is difficult to retrieve clothes from the well of the machine. Otherwise I love it !!!!
