Massive capacity, quiet. Cleans clothes well.. can handle bulky bedding too!

AMAZING. It is hard to believe how easy this is to operate. Clothes are cleaner than any machine I have ever used and I can also wash a king-size comforter.

Very good washer. Clothes come out very clean. Big and quiet. Only thing that I don’t like is the detergent drawer, sometimes it’s hard not to pour outside the drawer!

After my 5 year old GE washer broke (twice) I realized that it was pure garbage and I could no longer dump money into this horrific product. Nevertheless, even in comparison to a “perfect” GE washer, there really is no comparison. This Samsung is amazing. Quiet and efficient, it’s almost like it’s not there. Clothing has come out amazing each and every time. I highly recommend. Btw, the Best Buy delivery team were great in every way.

We had to purchase a new washer in March as our old one just died. This was our first Top-Loading Washer and a step up with the Samsung brand. We like the open window to watching our clothes getting washed. With the quarantine it is a new game for the family. It is so quiet, easy to use, clean and efficient. We have made a family dance out of the catchy song at the end of our wash which has made washing clothes a blast! Buy this product and you to will enjoy washing clothes with some fun tunes to the dryer!

Has large capacity, simple to use, not every bell or whistle needed and less to go wrong. Easy hookup and works perfectly. Quiet as well. Does the job without the hefty price tag.

I have put this washing machine through many tests by washing many loads in the 3 weeks I've had it. I've washed big loads of towels, blankets, mattress pads and it handles them like the smaller ones. I wasn't too sure about not having an agitator but have loved it; no more clothes getting tangled around it and no trouble with it getting off balance. I did a lot of research and read many reviews before settling on a Samsung. I am so glad we decided that this was the machine for us. I might add that I mentioned my new machine to four of my dear friends and two of them have Samsungs and both love theirs, too.

Washer is great and big! Dryer however has a moisture sensor that determines my clothes are done even when they are still damp. I have to use the timed option to get my clothes completely dry and run it twice every time. Plus, Best Buy disappointed me. The machine came in with damage. It was cosmetic, they said we could return or get a discount. We went with discount because the damage did not cause any issues with the use. They said we would get $300. We never received it. So we called and asked again. They decided after re-evaluation it would be $80. Honestly, $80 is fine, but the fact that they said $300 at first and it has been two months really upsets me. I am thinking about stopping business with Best Buy. There are too many options out there.

I love this washing machine! It is super quiet , efficient, and quick. The large capacity makes washing tons of clothes or large comforters a breeze. Highly recommended

I absolutely love this washer. It's large capacity is even bigger because it doesn't have an agitator in the middle of the tub. I can wash king sized sheets & a blanket at the same time. With plenty of room, everything gets washed & rinsed well. The only problem I have is that the tub is so deep, I'm 5'4" with short to normal length arms, I sometimes have to get up on my tip toes to reach small items, like socks, on the bottom. That's one problem that I am happy to live with. I've had the washer for almost 3 months & it's the best washer I've ever had.

Very spacious washer! We can do 2 or 3 loads of laundry in one compared to our old washer. This is very quiet and does an excellent job washing clothes.

It's very quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning the clothes. I can easily fit my king-sized bedspread in it for a thorough cleaning.

Other reviewers commented on how quiet this machine is and they are right. I was concerned that this 5.0 was too large for us but so far all loads are customized and do not waste water (or time) with smaller loads while also roomy enough for blankets etc. Great expectations for durability.

This washer is super easy to use, it works very well. The clothes come out smelling great, no soap residue like my past washer, and it can also handle very big loads.

This is a great product. I purchased it a few weeks ago, and I am loving it. I bought it because it matched my Samsung dryer. It has exceeded my expectations. I like its look, its sturdiness and, most important, I like its quiet performance and its large capacity. This allows me to wash loads of laundry all at once. This cuts down my laundry time and saves money. It is highly efficient and affordable. It is well worth its weight in gold. Anyone needing a washer, I can tell you it will not disappoint. It is worth moving mountains to get it.

Works great. Smooth, way more quieter than my front loader (which I will NEVER purchase again). Way more cycles then we need. Big enough. My ONLY complaint would be that if you are short 5'5 or smaller you might have some issues reaching all of the cloths at the bottom. My children have a step there for them. Don't bother with the "new" H2O hoses if yours is good just use them. Keep in mind if you have BB install it they will make you buy new H2O hoses
