I love this washing machine! It’s spins the clothing so quietly and cleans our laundry like I have never experienced with another washing machine. I’ve had no problems with it so far in the year that I owned it at it plays a cute song at the end.

We bought this washer about a month ago. It is larger capacity then we usually have. It washes blankets and towels well. We enjoy all of the features like the extra rinse inside the washer and the pull out drawer for the detergent. It has all the settings you need for washing different kinds of clothing. And you can adjust the settings to what you want. The lid easily unlocks when you want to add more clothing. Overall it is a great washer. Only small thing is that the start button has to be pushed a little harder than the other buttons to come on.

Love this washing machine...High Tech, but easy to use. So quiet.. I can fit king size blanket and sheets into the tub....

Works well. Fits my king size comforter. Cleans well. Cycles are a bit long but worth it.

It’s easy to use and understand. It also has a lower sound when operating than most washers. Plus, it does an incredible job at cleaning the clothes.

had this washer for a month now. It is easy to use. The only downfall is, if you are a short person reaching to grab the rest of your items at the bottom of the basin can be difficult because the washer is a couple inches taller than older models. Cleans clothes well. And even has an option for washing waterproof bedding. While that is a feature i do not need, i know its a feature i know families with small children will like. Also the feature where you can quickly prewash your clothes by hand in the washer basin is suoer convenient.

This washer is pretty cool to see how the mechanism works as in how the drum stabilizes itself so it won't make much noise. The only downfall is that some of the washer settings take too long, almost 1hr+. I just use quick wash or normal and washes about 30-35 mins. Love how it does not fill the tub all the way, only the amount of clothes that are in there which is pretty amazing. Seems that it washes very clean and well. I love the feature of the "in sink" water spout to remove stains in washer - that is pretty amazing.

Much more efficient than expected. This washer is quite, fast and a great value. Our old washer was only 5 years old and the advancements in that time make this machine worth the purchase. Never fix the old one. Lets see what happens in 5 years?

We've had it for about a month, so can't advise on the washer's durability...ask me in a year or two! It's quiet (our old Maytag Neptune sounded like a jet aircraft taking off!), uses little water, comparatively speaking and does a great job. The tub (5.0 cubic feet) is huge. I almost went for the 5.4 cubic feet model, but this one is plenty big. The only "downside" is a load takes longer than the washer it replaced...but definitely not a show-stopper. Great machine, Best Buy's crew that delivered and set up did a great job.

Had bought another brand (GE) that broke after 6 months. Repairmen couldnt fix it,so rather than continue to fight with them over warranty, i decided to go ahead & replace it.Very pleased & happy with features, price & performance. No more GEs for me.

This is a great product. It does a wonderful job cleaning laundry, and bedding is a breeze! The only downside is that its so big that I cant reach the bottom of the inside of the washer to get socks because I'm too short. When I think about it, maybe this is an issue with me and not the washer. I recommend this one!

Love it. Very quiet washer. Love that I can fit my King size comforter and it comes out clean and not too wrinkled.

I have only had the washer a few weeks. I am still getting used to the features but I love the large capacity. I have found that if I use a lower spin cycle, my clothes don't seem as tangled. I like the deep fill option since I found sometimes the auto fill doesn't seem to be enough water.

Keep in mind, this review is only after a month of owning it. I first want to say, the load capacity is huge. I really love how how much is available. It is also very easy to use and I love how our water and electric bills are lower due to it being hight energy and water efficient. Be sure to get it on sale, which is most of the time. If it is not on sale, wait a couple of weeks and it will be again. 9/10 would recommend.

a bit complicated to use for my mom. I have issues with it getting unbalanced when washing lane bedding. It is a large capacity but gets unbalanced easily in spin cycle. suggest adjusting the spin button to lower setting when washing large bedding. Otherwise works well

This washer is AMAZING! It is very quiet, cleans well, has lots of options to meet the needs of your specific load and it is very easy to use.

Quiet. Efficient. So far, zero issues. It was priced correctly for the quality machine it is. Maybe wait until Black Friday for a great deal if you can wait. Our machine broke and we had to get on it quickly.

I absolutely love this Washer!!! I am part of a family of 5 and I can wash my 3 children's clothes together with no problem!! Their clothes smell great, and is so clean. This Washer has a see through top, and we catch ourselves looking at the clothes wash like a movie lol!!! I love all of the wash options!! I wash me and my husband's clothes on normal and I wash the kids clothes on Heavy duty. This is our first time getting a washer without an agitator and I am a changed woman!!
