I love the capacity. It really gets my clothes very clean. I find it extremely easy to use.

We were in desperate need a washer and after some time we finally came across these. They washers are great for those who hate doing laundry along with this it is also pretty dummy proof and by that I mean my 10 year old son can use it with ease. In short it is a simple washer with simple options and does a phenomenal job at cleaning our laundry.

I had this washer, as well as dryer combo delivered and installed yesterday. Best Buy delivery and installation was awesome, no complaints there. Both the washer and dryer look great, the controls and very intuitive and modern. Lots of cycle options and tons of space, fits a lot of clothes. The active waterjet is a nice feature, don’t know how much it’ll be used though. Now the bad- I have washed 3 loads since installed. First load (towels) had no issues. Was very happy with my purchase. 2nd load (clothes)- washer kept beeping so I went in to check on it. Had an error code. Googled the code and it said there was an issue with the incoming water. Checked my lines, no kinks, plenty of pressure, water was on. Restarted the load. Water started to fill...error. Same thing. Restarted...error. Restarted...finally took off. 3rd load (bed sheets)- started off good, filled up fine. Went into spin cycle, heard it beeping. Went to check it out...error code. Googled that code. “Unbalanced and retrying”. Washer filled back up, ran another cycle, then error. Same thing. Did this 3 times then I finally opened the lid and moved the sheets around. Finally finished its cycle. Overall, I’m happy with my washer dryer combo. But if I keep getting error codes then I will either be having someone come look at it or returning it. I shouldn’t have to keep assisting it just to finish a cycle.

Very easy to use. Quiet. It fits a king size comforter with ease. It has phenomenal cleaning power with minimal water.

Very easy to use. Cleans rinses and spins great. Can even do large blankets and quilts without going off balance. Love my new machine.

I love this washing machine! It's very efficient and because theres no large agitator inside of it there's more space and i feel it's more gentle on your clothes. It's also fun to watch because the top lid is see through. It is a little big for the space I have but was able to make it work. Just be sure to measure!

This washer is everything we hoped it would be: large capacity, quiet operation, and elegant design. Plus we caught a great sale!

Great washer. Holds big loads, like a queen comforter. Feels like it gets my clothes cleaner then previous front loader. And spins more water out so not heavily soaked when cycle is done. Easier work for the dryer.

This is our 3rd Samsung washing machine. It is by far the biggest on the inside and it is very quiet and efficient.

The machine itself is beautiful and very user friendly. It takes a lot longer than our old workhorse but the load size is almost triple. A few things we learned on the fly - don’t put anything on top of the washer, not even the basket. It includes that in the weight. Also if you put in heavy wet items it’s best to use the DEEP FILL option otherwise it gets off center when trying to estimate load weight. Error codes are easy to find on the app.

I read practically all the reviews on this washer. It took two weeks to finally choose which one I wanted. Drove my husband crazy. Our Maytag barely made 4 years and I wasn’t going to have that happen again. It’s been almost a month and I wanted to really test this thing out. I listened to other reviews and read the manual. I ran the calibration and probably did 10 loads with in a week. I washed bedding, delicates, regular and my husband’s work clothes. He’s a painter. Everything came out beautifully. It kind of grossed me out because they smelled and felt so clean, I wondered if my old washer had done anything. It’s not loud at all when it’s spinning and maybe that did have to do with the calibration as other reviews have mentioned. I love this washer and as of now I have nothing negative I could say. 100% satisfied! Finally the Geek Squad were professional and right on time. Very friendly and helpful.

Love the idea that I don’t have that moldy smell as I did in the front loader. Great capacity. It does take 9 mins longer per load then front loader. The impeller style is great because I can just dump the clothes in and not fuss around the agitator. I wish the deep fill worked on all the types of laundry. Seems like I’m using that mostly for a household of 2 doing laundry twice a week

Bought this washer to replace a two year old Whirlpool that started spewing oily gunk into the the tub as clothes were washing, thus ruining many of them. We've had it about a month now and are very happy. We like the features. The clothes come out nice. Nice large capacity. I hope it lasts much longer than two years.

We bought this washer for our college aged daughter after her very old $50 craigslist washer stopped spinning. My daughter and her housemates LOVE it. It’s large enough to wash their bedding and gets their clothes much cleaner than their old washer. They love the little chime sound much better than the buzzer on their old unit. We made the purchase during a holiday sale that included setup & takeaway. Best Buy had the best price so we took a chance :)

Easy to use and very quiet. Previous washer had an agitator to this non agitator and no complaints.

Simply amazing the clothes come out so clean so fast you can't even hear the washer machine working and the flush wash cleaner to get out stains works really well the only thing I would say is to do some research on the detergent you use with this washer machine you should be using a the recommended detergent just to be on the safe side but overall it works great highly recommend and if you wait for a holiday you can get a really good deal hope this helps
