My old simple machine died after many years and I researched what machines were available at the time in 2021 (there wasn't much actually in stock). This machine had great reviews. I hate this machine. From almost the very beginning it's been leaving white soap residue on my black colored clothing. Do not tell me to run self clean because that's done absolutely nothing to solve this issue. Some of us used pods and some liquid but I switched us to all liquid thinking maybe it was the pods and I made sure my teens were not adding too much soap. Nope, didn't work. I tried changing the settings on the machine for a wash cycle but nothing has solved this issue. By the way, the self clean cycle is an enormous waste of water. If you have your own septic system, beware, there will be a lot of water going into your system for just this one long cycle. I wish I'd known that before, so I'm telling others. The machine is not quiet at all either, in fact very loud. When I first bought it, it kept getting stuck in a rinse/spin cycle...over and over. I finally realized it was because we were washing on quick cycle like we've done on our old machine and apparently quick cycle on this machine is pretty useless if you have more than a couple items to wash because it doesn't work correctly otherwise. I hate this machine so much that I'm ready to buy a new one and I've owned this only for 10 months. I don't leave review often, but buyer beware of this machine. Even after a lego got stuck in my old machine's pump, and removed, it never gave us any of this headache and lasted many years, and the price tag wasn't nearly as high!

This washer is super great. Fits a lot of cloths and they get clean like no other. Plus it don’t have the middle thing in it so that’s a plus when putting and taking cloths out

I was in love with this in the store and I was so excited to see it on sale. My favorite feature about this wash machine is that you don't have that tall pole that agitates the clothes and then your clothes end up entangled around it after it's done. It has this great feature on the bottom that really agitates your clothes well. Some other great features is that it senses the weight and will wiggle around the clothes before starting to get every thing all even. Additionally, it senses how much water to use for each load. When it's done, it sings to you. p.s. I love the glass top feature because I can go in and see the latest cycle on how it's doing. Really nice wash machine.

Well after about the fourth time my Maytag washer broke I was done and went straight to Best buy's and bought this one on sale. This washer is awesome I love the fact that there's no agitator in the way, the drum is huge, I have yet to fill and even halfway and how easy it is to throw a comforter in their king or queen-size with no agitator in the way you just drop it right in. Very simple operation throw your clothes in for the soap in hit the on button and start it and walk away I recommend this one hundred percent and I've had no problems with that whatsoever.....yet....

I really like this washer. It has so many different settings and at least one for every washable in my house. So easy to use. Automatic locking feature when the wash cycle begins is a nice feature since I have little kids that tend to be curious about all things that little kids should not be interested in

Great washer. Have had it for almost a year now and it still runs great! We had someone come take our old washer and install this one and it made the whole process a lot easier so we definitely recommend that service as well

My washer took a poo so I had to get a new one quick! So far I love this washer! It's huge and makes pretty music when the loads are done. I ordered it and I believe it was ready anout 2 days later and When it was they messaged me and I came to pick it up!

Our third Samsung washer. Cleans great. Daughter needed a new washer so she got our 5 yr old Samsung and we upgraded to this one. Very pleased so far.

I bought this washing machine for my new house, I was looking for something modern and practical, and in it I found everything is easy to use, with the new technology the clothes are washed quickly and do not make noise, it notifies when it is ready with music. It has several modes for washing and regulates the water level and temperature.

Love it! Washer has many options to choose, and easy to understand. This device has plenty of power, but it’s very quiet when it runs. Very satisfied with this product.

Hello...I like the fact that I can see through the top of this washer...I have several Samsung products that I enjoy...the cycles on this machine are much longer than my old Maytag but I must say..my clothes come out clean n fresh ☺️

I really love this washer. It’s very deep and I prefer it with the impeller rather than the agitator. I used to have a front load but keeping it clean and ensuring no water pooled in the front lip (mold issues) was an issue. This is no longer an issue with the top load washer. It was worth the money! I researched and compared so many washers and this really is a great one. Highly recommend. The top also closes nice and slowly on its own. Great settings.

I’ve never been so excited about a new washer or dryer. But the one steals the show. Super efficient and highly recommended. Samsung has a loyal customer forever!!!!
