I am absolutely in love with my Samsung washer! It’s sleek and well designed. I love that it has the ability to pretreat your laundry without using a sink! It’s quiet, does a great job getting out clothes clean and has many options for how to run your load. Highly recommend!

LOVE this massive washer! I run a dog boarding/daycare/grooming business and this machine has done a wonderful job getting everything clean. I do have to arrange the dog beds, blankets & comforters in a way that allows proper washing (the info is in the manual) and do the deep fill on big loads but I expected that. I replaced my 12 year old Bosch front loader and am sooooo happy with this purchase! I do have a tough time reaching the bottom sometimes (I'm 5'5") but just have to stand on my tip toes ;-) Oh and it's super quiet, NO wall shaking vibration like the Bosch (it was supposed to be quiet and not vibrate but it didn't live up to either of those). Super pleased in all ways!

I bought this washer back in May when our whirlpool finally gave out. At first I absolutely loved this washer because it was so quiet and seemed to be very efficient. Well, it is not the beginning of October and I can't even tell you how many times I have considered returning it. I noticed in the summer that I was constantly getting the UR symbol popping up during the load. This is basically telling me that I am overloading the washer, okay, I may be guilty of that. I decided I would start doing smaller loads but it continues to show this sign which will then stop the washer until you manually remove clothes/towels etc. Currently I am on hour 2.5 because of SIX towels. My towels are super small and lightweight so I can't even believe that it will not go through the load properly. I am now doing about 6 loads of laundry every week when I should easily be able to get these loads done in 3. If this continues I will be returning it for a completely different brand. I thought Samsung would be a good purchase but after talking with friends and co-workers I see that I am not the only one having this problem.

As expected, Samsung has great products. Very spacious, no agitator and several options for washing your laundry. One tip I’d give, make sure to balance out your load or it will error out. Happened to me in the beginning when I washed a blanket by itself.

It is a family size with high capacity. It runs so smooth, very efficient and easy to operate. I highly recommend this product.

The washer is easy to operate and has all the cleaning options my heart desires. I wanted the big tub as I am a quilter and want to be able to wash king size bed quilts on gentle cycle. It meets my needs well.

Recently had to buy a new washer and dryer after many years. After reading and research, went with the Samsung series. Great features, easy to use and great size! You can really fill this thing up. No complaints or regrets. Would definitely recommend this.

Huge capacity. Very pleased with the efficiency of water usage. Love the glass lid to see inside. Like the pre-sets, but also the ease of changing settings on my own. LOVE the countdown timer to know how long my load has left....very helpful feature.

Replaced a frontload washer. Very quiet, large capacity, all around excellent machine.

So many fancy washers are coming to the market but let's face it, if you just want something that washes well, without fuss, consistently and is simple to operate, you can save up to $1000/ per washer-dryer easy by choosing this one. Very happy with the choice!

I upgraded to this machine from a 1990s Maytag. This washer is 2x the capacity of my hold machine and I am in heaven! The first load I ever washed smelled so good. I think because it was the cleanest it has ever been. I highly recommend this washer!

Best buy delivered the washer with fast and efficient service and removed the old washer. The Samsung top washer works well for a family of 4 and a dog. The washer is more then adequate to wash bigger loads for our family. Easy to use with different washing settings. I especially like the quick washing modes and how you can set the water level. Transitioning from a front load washer to a top load washer was a plus. Best Buy membership also extends the warranty on the washer.

Highly recommend this washing machine!! Easy to use and does a great job of cleaning everything. I especially love the extra large tub. Used to take 1-3 loads to wash all of our bedding and blankets… now all it takes is 1!!!

Washer is able to wash large loads and still effectively clean them as if they wete smaller loads. This washer is able to decrease my weekly loads for a family of 5 from 6 to 3 or 2 depending on items. I am so happy u purchased

Previous washer was 15 years old. A lot has changed in washing technology. A washer is not just a washer anymore. The absence of the aggitator makes a roomier drum & a roomier drum allows for a bigger load & a cleaner wash. I actually have to look for more clothes to make a load. The technology of the wash cycle is amazing. No matter which cycle you use, it washes to perfection. After reading the manual, I've discovered I've been incorrectly washing for years ; didn't know there was such a thing. Perhaps it's the excitement of having a new washer but now I look forward to washing.

This is our 2nd Samsung washer, and we were very hesitant in buying a other Samsung. Our first was several years ago when the Samsung washers had the issues with the tops blowing off. We also were heaitant about buying a washer without an agitator and did lots of research before choosing this washer. First, understanding how to use the washer with the various load options and water temperature and other possible options was very easy. Most importantly the clothes come out clean.

5.0 Cu. Ft. of washing space is pretty darn good. Not as water friendly as a front loader, but it doesn't smell after so that is a plus in my book. Clothes do seem to come out just as clean as our old front loader that died. Price is right as well. Only downfall is that it doesn't seem to remember what temperature you set like our old Samsung washer. So if you wash clothes on cold, you have to reset the temperature every time you turn the machine on. Maybe there is a memory feature I haven't figured out yet (or read about) so not gonna deduct any stars, especially for something trivial like that.
