I have been extremely satisfied with this washer. It has a large capacity, it’s very quiet, and I love the little jingle it plays when the clothes are finished. It has a many cycles to choose from. I love it !

I have had my washer about a month. So far very pleased with it. Washes well and spins the clothes nearly dry. Its also a pretty quiet washing machine.

I love this W&D set I bought. The pricing was as good if not better than other stores. It is big enough for a king size comforter and does a great job. It's also very smart in clever ways.

Good machine but it was our first Hi-Efficiency washer and they do operate differently. We have had good results with cleaning our clothes, most of the time it cleans better than our old style washer. It does take longer to complete a load of clothes. Sometimes we add additional water (our machine allows that) when we start a load to increase the water level. The spin cycles really removes most of the water much better than old agitator styles. We have used this machine for over 1 month--no mechanical/quality issues. Make sure it fits in your laundry room, this machine is slightly bigger/taller than our old Kenmore.

Washer is quiet and efficient. Nice cycle options. Only draw back is depth of drum. If you’re short you’ll need a stool to remove clothes from the bottom. Otherwise I’m extremely happy with this washer.

Love this washer. We were looking for a top load without an agitator and this is the perfect fit. Can wash huge loads too! I like the pre-wash options that helps tackle stains before washing, too.

The washing machine is awesome. I love the deep tub. My king comforter fits in it. Within the 2 years iv owned it, it’s got out of balance probably 5 times. That’s with heavy loads. I wash dog beds, comforters, quilts, curtains everything!! I’m very pleased with it. Plus love all the options on it. Liz

This washer is very easy to use and gentle on clothes and even has a spicket inside the washer where u can spot treat your clothes without having to go to a separate sink. Samsung has amazing products!

Love this washer!! Absolutely incredible, zero issues, easy to use, clean, and super quiet! Cannot be happier with Samsung and the washer/dryer unit they created. Definitely would recommend this model!!

Everyone loves this machine. Incredibly silent. The water filling is the loudest thing on this machine. Does a great job. Much bigger capacity than I expected! Probably going to need a bigger dryer now.

After having this machine for a few months I really have come to dislike it. I previously had a Samsung front loader which I switched to a top loader because I was sick of constantly cleaning it so it wouldn't get the front-loader musty smell and where it was wasn't convienient to have the door open all the time (but we did). This machine fit in the space much better as it isn't as deep as a front loader. It has a really big tub and isn't hard to get to the bottom of it. I wish I would have gotten one with an agitator and not the impeller as it seems the clothes don't move as much as they should. In the "normal" cycle it doesn't use enough water. Plus you can't use the "deep fill" option in the normal cycle. So I have to run the active jet to dampen the clothes before starting the cycle to make them heavier so it'll use more water. On the opposide end, the bedding cycle uses more water than it should and then the sheets will "balloon" with air because there isn't an agitator to keep them tumbling down. I have to stop the machine to push the sheets under the water. On the plus side it's very quiet and it balances very well when it spins. On the down side I feel like I have to babysit the machine to be sure my clothes get clean.

Very large capacity and cleans well. Love to option to be able to add the agitator.

I love my new washer and dryer. They are so big in space and now i no longer have to go to the wash house to wash and dry my big comforters. The dryer has a sanitize option that I use on my towels which also makes them come out dry and fluffy. Also in the washer i love the new added water jet because i have a 2 year okd who is messy when she eats so this new feature helps so her clothes will not stain.

Washer works great. Very quiet and with large capacity. One nice feature is a reminder about using the self clean function, it has made difference in keep the washer look great

Amazing machine. Huge capacity, with no center agitator. This is perfect for our family, and can handle comforters with ease. Music matches other Samsung appliances we own, which is fun.

Very quiet can fit a king size comforter, sheets and pillow case with a throw blanket in one wash.
