The presets get a little used and the tray to add detergent/fabric softener is also much different then what I am I used to, but overall it gets all my items clean and I dont have to get quarters/reload an app to wash clothes anymore.

New Samsung washer

I’m petite so sometimes have to use step stool to get all the clothes out. Like that it plays a little song when done. I thought I was getting the one that you can spot rinse items but you can’t with this machine

The size allows us to do laundry less frequently.

This is my 1st time using a washer without an agitator and so far I like it. It is easy to operate for me (an 84 yr old) and I'm happy with it.
