The washer is junk

It started out good but now it’s always unbalanced on the spin cycle and gives an error code. It’s frustrating. Called customer support and they showed me how to calibrate it, but that doesn’t work the calibration is a three second process. I have to take some of my clothes out when the cycle gets close to the end just so maybe it can work sometimes The bad thing is I love Samsung products and everything I own is Samsung. I need to rethink this brand.

Doesn’t seem to get the clothes really clean smelling, but maybe I am not using enough soap. I do not recommend it for very short people. I am 5’1”, and I have to spin the drum around and tip-toe to reach items in the bottom. I had to get a top-loader, because I have a laundry niche instead of a laundry room, so could not leave the door open to dry and air out on a front-loader.

I kinda feel like the spin cycle is maybe a little too strong. The clothes seem a little too twisted and stretched at the end of the cycle.

Very impressed with the Samsung Washer

Besides being a very nice looking washer, I am impressed with the various levels to get the best cleaning. I also like how after it is finished, the clothes are spun dry so that it does not take long for them to be in the washer. Previous washers still left the clothes a little more wet so that it took longer to dry.

But it is amazing and the price was not bad at all especially using my BB card because I got 100.00 back in rewards from buying the set

This one seemed to have similar reviews to others I looked at (LG, Whirlpool) but at a better price point. Unfortunately, this capacity is either different from other 5.0 cu. ft. washing machines, or my old washing machine that I had in our other house was much bigger. (Whirlpool Cabrio from around 2015ish). This washer cannot handle a standard queen size comforter--which is one of the sole reasons I was looking for a machine this size...and the matching dryer is even worse. Besides that, many of the cycles cannot be over-ridden, and unlike the Cabrio I had, you cannot over-ride the water useage, except on a few cycles which makes the Deep Fill option mis-leading. Additionally, the shortest cycle on this is the quick wash, which is still 30 minutes; a normal cycle will function in just less than an hour, and a permanent press cycle runs you about 90 minutes. In short, I am disappointed in the function of the machine, but other than the bedding issue, it cleans the clothes.

Purchased on Wednesday and Delivered on Friday morning. Large drum (5.0 cu ft) with all of the basic cycles that I needed. Very pleased.
