I have had front loaders for just about 10 years and have loved them and feel that we have gotten our use out of the washer. My dryer is still holding strong too! After looking at new washing machines and knowing we have a family of four I was in the market for a top loader as they have larger drums for more clothing/blankets/towels etc. My washing machine is quiet during the cycle and sings to me when its done washing! love my new top loader!

Love this new washing machine! It is quiet but does a great job getting the clothes clean.

So far I love this washing machine. The drum fills with enough water to cover what is being washed where my older "energy/water saver machine didn't. Also like that is has so many options, although not really sure if there is any difference as they all seem to fill and agitate the same. I'm short, 5'3'", so I really have to stretch to get to the bottom of the barrel, but I really like the large capacity.

Went from a Kenmore with agitator to this awesome 5.0 machine. I’ve delivered and sold appliances and to own this simply incredible Slight learning curve After that the wife’s happy and gentleman you know that’s all that matters!! Two days in and already thinking of washing my own things love the large capacity and simple intuitive controls Like I said once you adapt to what and the way it does what it does you’ll be glad you made the leap!

Great washer. Large capacity. Replaced my GE with this Samsung upgrade. Easy installation. Delivery was exceptional especially since I live on the second floor. I did not have the need to buy the matching dryer but it’s definitely on my list impressed with my new washer.

Our washer broke. Went to Best Buy to see what they had. Our sales lady showed us various washers. My wife picked the Samsung. It was delivered 2 days later and my wife loves it. She says that our clothes are getting cleaner with the new washer. The washer, sales experience and delivery were excellent. We will buy the matching dryer when our current one dies.

First. If it is not balanced perfectly, it will not work. Make sure that you run a load before delivery men leave. Also it's to tall for my 5"3' wife but she fits perfectly in the dryer.... Otherwise seems excellent.

Amazingly quiet & large! I can do three old-sized loads at once now which really saves time!

I bought this washer in 2022 and it has been worth the money. It has lots of room inside to wash my comforter. I also like the option to deep fill. It was worth the price.

The washer is cavernous. It fits so much stuff and does a great job cleaning despite being a "high efficiency" washer. We especially appreciate features like the auto load sensor that adjusts water use depending upon how small or large ypur load is. We dont have to remember to set or reset the load size setting like other washers. We highly recommend this washer!!!
