We can get away with a lot less loads then with our previous machine. Quiet I have seen reviews that say the water doesn't fill enough into the tub and leaves clothing dry, haven't seen that happen at all on mine and they are thoroughly wet. Only con would be that it doesn't connect to the internet like it said on the product page..... But great value for the price.

Very easy to use with many different features. It has a " Deep Fill" setting if you need more water than usual. The drum size is 25 per cent larger than my last washer and it makes a huge difference for a family of 4. The installation by Best Buy was great. Very friendly installers at a very reasonable rate. Massive Laundry Tub

The amount of laundry this holds is massive. Super efficient with water and soap usage. The water jet is nice to do a bit of pre-washing for potentially stubborn stains. The only issue we've run into is that it can be difficult for my 5'4" wife to reach the bottom of this washer. :)

Just wanted an up to date washer and dryer and i don't think i could've done any better! The tub is huge! I have to stand on my tip toes to get to the bottom. Only thing i had to get used to is the compartment for the laundry soap and having no agitator. Samsung products are the best in my eyes.
