Purchase replaced an LG that we had just ten years that broke down and received an estimate of over $600 for repair. Needless to say, I did my due diligence in checking reviews before deciding on a manufacturer (other than LG). Very impressed with load selection feature and efficiency and quietness of the machine.

I was extremely pleased when my son recommended I take a look at this Samsung washer. He has an identical model and told me how well it performed under constant use (he has 6 children). So, I, too, decided to choose a Samsung and he was right on the mark with his recommendation. I have a sewing business and have to prewash a lot of fabrics. My Samsung has out-performed all my previous washers.

One...I got this price matched at a steal... the store associate gave me a hard time but it all worked out. The barrel of this machine is huge, we fit so much in here for a load. I love the technology on it and how you can choose your cycle, my only complaint is that no matter the cycle or load size it does take a while to wash the clothes.

I have had this washer for over about a year My mother bought it for me, I had a front loader before and hated it when it finally died I decided on a top loader. I chose this one for the size and I figured Samsung is a good brand and the price was good too. When I received it I was thought it was missing a part...the agitator. Apparently they come without them, who knew? not me! I can 100% say DO NOT buy a washer that doesn't have an agitator. I am so mad at myself for not returning it. I have kids and grandkids and a husband that has a dirty job so his clothes get soiled and stinky. I have tried all kinds of launry soap, every cycle on the machine and I still feel like my clothes are not clean.

I am enjoying this washer so far. I am washing larger loads and cutting down on water by doing this. The powerful wash functions allow me have choices when washer. The vibration control is an added bonus. I am particularly happy about this because the price I paid for it. This was a great and satisfying buy.

The only reason I didn’t give this machine 5/5 is it smells funny after I run a load and it’s not been super easy to figure out the beeps/error codes. Otherwise you could wash several kids in there. JK. Used to have to do 2 loads but now can do 1 large one. I love the end song it plays to tell me it’s done. Various settings are great too.

It’s May 2024 and this washer was purchased August 2021 and already needs replacement parts and works horribly in general. Washer becomes unbalanced with even the lightest loads and instead of stopping for you to adjust the load (which you shouldn’t have to do) it adds MORE WATER several times in an effort to rebalance. Your water bill will be sky high! So much for water efficiency. I just had to replace suspension rods to hopefully stop the unbalance issue. It’s ridiculous that repairs are needed on a relatively new appliance. The top is also made of very cheap plastic and has cracked in multiple places. A piece chipped off even when we tried to move it for the repair. For this price, all parts should be made of the sturdiest metal. This machine is built like a child’s toy. Please save yourself the headache and choose another brand and model. I will never buy another Samsung washer after this.

Quite, easy to use and it looks good. I would recommend it to all friends and family.

We love this washer a lot. So far is doing us really good. We bought the warranty because we don’t know if it breaks we don’t want the hassle of replacing it for another out of pocket! It washes out clothes really good. I really like it and you should get because it’s budget friendly and a great bang for the buck!
