Im very pleased with the washer its got a pretty good sized tube for washing big loads and its quite i would recommend it

Clothes get clean love the options on the washer Big drum for Big loads I love the Deepwater setting plenty of water for the clothes to move around in and get clean my last washer skimped on the Deepwater couldn’t put as many clothes in I ordered this washer from Best Buy great service great it was delivered in two days.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s May 2024 and this washer was purchased August 2021 and already needs replacement parts and works horribly in general. Washer becomes unbalanced with even the lightest loads and instead of stopping for you to adjust the load (which you shouldn’t have to do) it adds MORE WATER several times in an effort to rebalance. Your water bill will be sky high! So much for water efficiency. I just had to replace suspension rods to hopefully stop the unbalance issue. It’s ridiculous that repairs are needed on a relatively new appliance. The top is also made of very cheap plastic and has cracked in multiple places. A piece chipped off even when we tried to move it for the repair. For this price, all parts should be made of the sturdiest metal. This machine is built like a child’s toy. Please save yourself the headache and choose another brand and model. I will never buy another Samsung washer after this.
