This washer is rhe absolute best so far. Its so large, i am now washing 1-2x per week for a family of 4 compared to the 1x per day with my old washer. And it plays music! ;)

At first I was skeptical about the "automatic" claims that accompanied this machine. Since purchasing it, and using it extensively, it has made my laundry chores a lot less problematic. It really does all that it claims, and more. The gentlemen who installed it, along with the companion dryer, were exceptionally professional and thorough.

Great machine with lots of room. Finally able to wash my comforters! Delivery guys were also great and efficient.

Got this about a month ago and it hasn't yet dissapointed. Was delivered on time and installed in a professional manner. The washing machine is huge. There had yet to be a pile of clothes that I've sta led for 2 weeks that hasn't been able to be done in 1 load. It cleans perfect and has a lot of really nice features. I would reccomend this washing machine

I feel like our clothes have never felt cleaner. So many different options for wash cycles and it’s quiet. Definitely recommend

My arms and legs are very short and this washer is very large! I don’t think I thought this through!!! Seriously I have to stand on a step stool to get the wet laundry out. My old non-matched dryer —which was very large when I bought it— can only dry half a load in one go. It washes well, though.

Easy to use, big run for heavy blankets and comforters. Love it.

I got the washer/dryer set. These work amazing and also had the installation. Very professional and amenable to work with me living on base. The delivery time was on time and only took about 15 minutes to set up. I can’t express enough how much I love this set. If you need new washer/dyers look into these first thing !

Great washer for the price, easy to use and quiet.

I've only had it a couple of weeks but so far it works great. I like the glass top to see what's going on. I like that I can push the power button and use the water jet to rinse whatever before I close the lid. If you find something to throw in after it's started, the lid unlocks in a jif instead of waiting. I'm still figuring a few things out but so far all is good.

Love how quiet it runs. Even the end tune that plays letting you know when it’s done isn’t loud and obnoxious

I bought this at bestbuy on blackfriday. It's pleasing shopping experience. The washer works perfect. My wife loves it and says it washes clothes super clean.

This machine is great. I never realized how large 5.0 Cu. Ft. is, or I wouldn't have gotten such a large-capacity washing machine. But that said, this machine accommodates loads of any size, including very small. I have a Samsung refrigerator, and I think the electronics are better in Samsung-brand products.

I'm very satisfied with the customer representative who assisted us with our purchase. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I am also satisfied with the washer we purchased. I love the soak cycle as well as the bedding cycle and the roominess in the machine. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

The setup process from Best Buy was very smooth and complete without any effort from my side, and they delivered on time. The washing machine and dryer itself are very spacious, and the dryer leaves the clothes very warm. I have had it only for a couple weeks though, so will update when more time has passed.

We love, love our new washing machine!!! It's the best! Our clothes come clean, unlike the front loaders.
