The washer does a good job, however, I wash only in cold water, and notice that some things are not looking too clean. My fault. I will experiment with hot water.

It works great and can handle the large loads. You can always put smaller loads in a large washing machine, but you cannot put some large loads in a smaller one!

I tried all the DYI fixes, and have been rinsing by hand, sqeezing out the water, then hanging to dry until dry enough to put in dryer or put away. Best buy redirected me to another # since I didn't get the extra warranty with them (bought new 6/2020). That # was someone trying to sell me a medical alert service! Not to mention this machine does not clean well, even if presoak and wash twice. I am so angry that I bought this garbage. I should have just bought nothing, at least I would have saved the $ since my hands are doing the work. Pure garbage

Other then that its really good

Works very well, has quite a large capacity. Note, if you're on the shorter side you'll need a little step.stool to reach in to take out clothes. These units are tall.

The installation was delayed for a lengthy time due to COVID 19 so needless to way it's had a real workout since. It uses less water, easy to use and leaves my laundry VERY clean. A big thumbs up for this washer.

I will no longer buy a front loader, they are terrible. I love this top loader and love that it has a clear top.

From purchase to delivery the personnel at Best Buy were amazing and understanding of clients needs. My washer was ordered and delivered in a weeks time. It’s quiet and easy to work. I love it!

The wash cycle presets can be frustrating if you dont catch that Almost everything is washed on hot and i feel like i need to push the deepfill option for everything. And i dont feel like it gets my clothing as clean. We have 2 dogs and it seems like the hair doesn't come off at all. Its best feature for me is the size at this point because i can wash my bedding at home rather then a laundry mat.
