Very efficient washer, and got it for a great price!

I actually really love this washer. The only problem is they’re supposed to be a barcode on the washer that you can scan to be able to control it from your phone and it doesn’t work and it hasn’t worked since I purchased the product

I bought this set for my mom and she love it, shes really happy on hows built and easy to use

It's a nice and quiet machine. I wish the settings were not as small and better to view. I had to wash a few times to know exactly how to wash my loads.

My set (washer&dryer) was delivered Monday and its nice so far but today was my first time washing clothes to see how it operates and its pretty loud. My laundry room is upstairs and I can hear it all the way downstairs. My last washer was pretty quiet compared to this washer, so im not sure if its nosey for the first time and then it'll stop or what?!? My refrigerator was humming at first then stopped so I'm wondering if this will do the same???

One of the reasons I bought this model is that the specs says it has wifi. After purchasing and having installed. I spent an hour trying to get it to connect. nope. So I contacted Samsung. This model doesn't have wifi. only one of their front load washers has that feature. Best Buys spec sheet is incorrect. Have done about 4 loads with it and works like a washing machine should. I like the delay start feature. The 4 stars are for Best Buy and not for Samsung. otherwise It would probably be 5 stars.

I enough this washer, even though it has a long wash cycle. I even tried to reduce the times. If I use the fabric softener cycle it adds an additional 25 minutes. I do like the cycles, and I, unfortunately, did not buy the one that is part of the Samsung smart home. I realized that this is just a temp washer for me since my other Samsung stopped draining after 10 years. I took 1 star off for the length cycle, I was able to install it myself since I saw no reason to buy another connection in order for Best Buy to install it for free. The connection (hoses) is around $25.00.

Absolutely love it! I was switching from a front load to a top load with this purchase and I was apprehensive because there is no agitator. My worry was for nothing. My clothes are clean and smell great everytime!

Bought this to replace an older Samsung Washer that was recalled. This unit has better capacity and great features! Despite its larger capacity, its still easier to reach the bottom of the drum which is helpful for shorter people.

I love that I can see in the top of the washer to see what it is doing and it washes everything so great!

This washer machine is great. He first washer we bought was a Maytag and was not as quite as the Samsung washer. I would really recommend the washer machine for the price. Best Buy had great Delivery people to set it up.

This was my first ever washer purchase since I moved out on my own. I love that I can fit my entire laundry basket because it’s super huge. This also has a mini water jet to wash smaller sized items. So far, no complaints!

Good product, easy to operate. My old machine doesn't washed my white clothes very well. But this new product doing a great job.

This washer is a great add to any house. Large loads, multiple settings, quiet operation. It’s not the cheapest option but a great choice!

I've only had this dryer about a month, but so far, I like it. The appearance is nice and has some nice features that I like and haven't had in a washer before. Just like the dryer I purchased to go along with it, it plays a nice soft chime when the the wash is complete instead of getting some horribly loud buzzer. The reason I gave a good instead of excellent on ease of use was that the third time I used it, an alarm went off on it and the code that came up on the screen had nothing to do with what was wrong. Then I noticed the tv's had some problems and realized the storm which we had that night must have caused some electrical glitch. After re-reading the manual, I unplugged and replugged the electric cord which re-set the washer. I haven't had any issues since.

Great washer. Very large deep tub - holds a lot! So far, so good. Haven't used everything on it quite yet, but does a nice job getting everything clean!
