This replaced an 8 year old LG that had water issues. It kept doing multiple rinses. Aside from the fact that now my washer and dryer don’t match I wasn’t going the LG route again.

Glass top is great to see what is in the machine. You do have to reach way down to get the clothes at the bottom. I'm 5'8" and I still need to stretch to reach, but someone shorter may need a step stool.

Upon using it, very quiet (which I liked). What I definitely do not like: the length of time to do a load of clothes. It should not take 1-2 hours to wash a load of clothes. I do like the features that comes with this washer. However, adding the features, increases the timing for the load. Wish I could give it back and make another selection. This is the first time I tried a Samsung Washer. I should have stayed with the brands I have come to trust.

It does seem to wash the clothes well

Uses less detergent and less water than my previous washer. Had a front loader that no matter what I did it smelled really bad. Love how much I can fit in the washer.

He is a farmer and get's very dirty. Also has a lot of jeans and overalls to wash. The machine does a great job and he is very happy with it!
