Do not purchase! It lasted exactly two years and now the calibration is shot. I a cannot do any size load without fighting with the machine to stay, balanced and spin it down. I have purchased a set from LG and will never buy Samsung appliances again.

Easy to use, easy to install (just got delivery, not install), no issues after a year. Great experience with the Best Buy delivery team who were very helpful and patient. Would absolutely buy again.

So I bought this as a set and was thinking it was going to be great Name brand, more expensive nope. So it takes an an hr and half to do a normal load and god forbid you hit the power button for a split second then it drains all the water out and you get to start again. Tried calling the number for Samsung to get help to get the child lock off so I could put clothes in for the second use and after almost an hr we finally got someone but they didn't care about the model number or anything they just cared about personal info its also located in India so they didn't understand what we were asking. I also tried checking my water temp and even with no child lock the water doesn't run so if you want to make sure its at the right temp good luck. The issue I had yesterday was the spin cycle after 3 trys and resetting the dang thing it finally kicked for my soaked clothes.

Even though we are a family of two, it is so nice to complete a load of laundry at one time. The tub is huge and without the spindal in the middle, nothing gets stretched out or torn. Love it!!

Very nice washer . Don’t have to worry about anything. Load your clothes add soap and forget about it. The washer does the rest. I also got a very nice price match which lowered the price to almost half

Washes clothes well. Offers plenty of cycles so you don’t waste water and electricity. The ending chime at the end of the cycle is a bit annoying, but you can turn it off.

Samsung's upgrade in clothes washers is awesome. Its capacity and renovation in dealing with loads far outdistances the past use of a central hub. The sensors for load and water use is well worth the acquisition.
