Bought washer after old one broke down. It’s a little tall for my height but can manage. Easy to use and quiet motion doesn’t make noise when spinning, unlike my old one.

Washes like a dream, i use less detergent than i did with my old washer and the clothes come out just as clean, or say i even cleaner.

I love this machine. My BF wanted to get a Maytag but i love Samsung. Its very quiet and gets my clothes clean It has a great amount of room for blankets as well

Takes a little getting use to the water conservation of this washer It also seems to run longer. But ovetall it is ecactly asy saleswoman explained.

Excellent QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE

I purchased this washer because of the great reviews, it almost being 5stars. I have been disappointed from day 1 with this washer. From the first load of darks I did, every article of clothing came out with white stuff all over them. I waited a few months using the washer. I found every load, no matter what setting you choose, will use Hot water! Even the coldest setting will still use hot water. When I spoke with someone at Samsung they told me all of their washers use hot water to rinse. I have never had a washing machine that would use hot water when you specifically select cold. When I spoke with customer support they had me do a cleaning, drain hoses and asked me to call them back after I did everything. I waited another month or so trying different combinations and am still having the same problem. I did however find that if I use the delicates setting I don't have the white film on our clothes. But the delicate setting does not do a full spin so I have to re-spin the clothes after each load. I Finally found time to sit down and call them back and the wait time is over an hour. Still waiting for them to call me back. BestBut will not allow me to return this washer as it is over their threshold for the return. I do not recommend this washer or any washer from Samsung.

The washer and dryer are nice and beautiful, and they work very quietly. The people who install them at home are very nice and have a very good attitude. I'm very satisfied
