Constant spin cycle issues

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have issues getting a spin cycle completed with nearly every load no matter how the laundry is placed in, type of laundry or the size of the load. We get an error with nearly every load and when you try to run a “spin only cycle” it will add MORE water to the already soaked clothes. We regularly have to move laundry around or even remove some while soaked and run multiple spin cycles, sometimes for hours. Even when it works, we often find that not all of the clothing has gotten washed as there will be dry spots and detergent still visible - no matter the size of the load!

However, some of the cycle choices can take a while to finish and depending on what other products are added besides just detergent can really drag out the wash cycles.

So my review is based on just that. We were just looking for something that will get the job done. Didn’t necessarily need all the bells and whistles but for us, this one has what we needed and more. I don’t this it can fit a king size comforter as the rep. said but perhaps a queen only. I rather not chance it and take to a laundromat and wash it in one of their commercial front loaders. All-in-all, I think I a good quality machine and recommend it.
