I had to get to know the Washer. The directions to runs the Washer machine is horrible. We had to figure it out. I pray my water bill will not be high. The clothes don't move as much, I think I need the agitator. The one I have don't have one. I love the dryer.

I am a big fan of Samsung electronics and had some reservations about purchasing their appliances. I did a week or so of research when looking at purchasing a replacement washer and dryer and unfortunately found a counter to every good review. I found that this was a common theme for all brands. I based my decision on how pleased I am with my other Samsung products, and to date I am pleased with my purchase. Given all the new electronics on these newer appliances, I opted for the 5 year Geek Squad protection.

I needed a wash machine looked around in Best Buy.I had my eyes on this Lg 5.0 cubic feet do I asked about but it’s out of stock and it wouldn’t be in until August 31 so the sale associate said. Then he showed me this one Samsung 5.0 cubic feet .We discussed the price and when was it able to get here so that one was the following weekend.I love the machine but it’s truly something I should have left in the store .It has this Active Waterjet system and I truly don’t know how to used it. I don’t use it much cause I don’t want to damage it by trying to wash.

Does everything promised. All of the features are easy to use. and the delivery was excellent.

This washer is great! Love all the different options and the pre-wash option or the availability to add more water if needed.

I am so impressed with milek my salesman he had all my answers very educated on the product! He made me feel very comfortable (since I’m a female) not pushy ! Very kind and patient with all my questions! And was nice and exactly how I wanted my experience to be ! Smooth , quick and easy will always refer anyone to him ! If you’re company had more people like him? You would be even better off

Overall its a good value and decent washer that can hold a lot of clothes per wash. Plus it's energy star rated which is nice

Our old washer died out and we needed something new. I was skeptical of the difference in agitator but it washes so well. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but so far so good.

Excellent machine! Enough room for a king size bedspread.

We love our top load washer. It is not to loud and has several settings that are easy to use.

So far it seems to be a great washer. Lots of washing options and my king size comforter fits. Instructions that came with the washer are not great though.

Exactly what I was looking for and the extra door in the front was perfect for me since I always forget a towel or a sock. Ease of use is perfect.

I am very picky about washing machines and this one is the best I have had in years. It gives you options on how much water to use. Several cycle options. I hate it when washing machines leaves white residue on dark clothes. This machine lets you choose to use more water and more rinse cycles, which I use for my dark loads. It also has a self cleaning cycle that alerts you when it is time to run a self cleaning. This is something I have never seen before, but I like it. The down-side is the slanted top. But OK. Excellent washer!

This machine is awesome. It large enough to handle my King size comforters. It deep enough that I can combine 2-3 loads of laundry which cuts my work in half.
