This junk arrived dented from Best Buy then wouldn’t fill with water right out of the box. I checked to make sure that the water was properly hooked up by pushing the water jet manual button and there was in fact water coming out. Also I had a professional plumber install it so there’s no reason why you should have any problems especially since an eight year old car install it as it is. When I went to try to figure out a way to drain this thing I used the spin only option, it spun for a few minutes and then the time went from nine minutes to twenty three minutes and started filling up with water then. I called Samsung to see if they could help and when they instructed me on how to do the calibration, the calibration didn’t work either and even the Samsung rep said sounded like the junk was broken right off of the bat and to return it. Going back today. Not sure if this is just a Samsung issue or if it was more damaged than we originally thought (dents) but even the Best Buy delivery guy told me that he had a client that it took four times to get an appliance that wasn’t damaged. Sounds like they have some quality control issues in the warehouses here at Best Buy.

Enjoying my new washer....decided to replace a 20 year old Whirlpool washer with the Samsung....really glad I got this one!

Easy to use, holds large loads, and spins clothes really well so less time needed for drying. I prefer it the front loader I had before.

Pretty sleek washer. Pleasant sounds on the interface. Very nice touch interface. I could sit there watching the load spin for hours. Can you feel it yet Mr. Krabs amirite? The opening and closing of the lid feels like a precision machine. We upgraded our beloved Kenmore washer and it fills the gap and more. 10/10 would buy again .

My husband did the research on which one to buy. Found this for great sale price at BB with 24 month warranty. This is a GREAT washing machine...so many options, so easy to use and now prefer the open tub with the agitator getting in the way. Recommend!

Fast, efficient washer with plenty of space for large loads. With 5 kids in my house this is the perfect washing machine for us.

It takes approx. 90 minutes to wash comforters or anything on the heavy duty cycles

Great washer and handles all my king size bedding. I now wash less often as this washer handles bigger loads.
