The drum size allows me to wash blankets and quilts. There are so many selections to choose from. With each selection a certain amount of time is calculated by the machine. If you want an additional rinse the time is added. This machine even balances the clothes that are put in it before the washing begins It plays music to let you know that it's done. My washing machine is perfect .

I chose it because it seemed to be a lower price and a little more basic than some of the newer machines. It still has plenty of options - everything I need. However, it did make lots of noise in the spin cycle. I finally figured out that it was a loose screw on the back. Hence, 4 stars. After a little work with the screwdriver, it's nice and quiet!
