I had an issue when I first got it where the light ring around the controller dial was not working. In other words, I had no idea which mode the washer was running in. I called best buy and they were very responsive and got me a new one within 5 days. If you're getting this, I highly recommend paying the extra 70 bucks or so to get it delivered and installed. If I didn't, I would have had to deal with replacing the detective washer myself.

Store Cust Service Was Great, Online Not So Much

Initially it was a 1 week wait, then 2 weeks, and finally 9 weeks. I would of just gotten the washer and ordered the dryer from somewhere else. If they would of originally told me 9 weeks for the other half of my order. Overall the Norman, Ok store employees were great and it wasn’t their fault the online kept changing the pickup dates.

Not for adventurous families

I feel this washer is not getting our clothes clean. If there is a dirt spot on an article of clothing, it will still be there after the cycle. I thought maybe I was putting too many items of clothing in, but even with small loads it doesn't seem to get the job done. I like that it is large capacity and you have the ability to wash comforters, however, I still don't feel like it is getting spots out. I wish I reached out immediately to try and exchange the washer for something else, but I kept trying different cycles and load amounts hoping it would help. I do like the delay start option, I will not buy another washer without it!
