We went out of town a day after it broke down and didn’t reach out to get it looked at until after we returned from vacation, which put us 2 days past warranty. It’s been one month and I still don’t have a working washer. Neither Samsung or Best Buy have really addressed the issue seriously. Not shopping here again!
