Have had it for 4 days and this washer is absolutely horrible. I have already spoken to customer service about a refund. I spent a lot of time researching before making such a large purchase. I read a lot of reviews (good and bad). How this product has over 4.5 stars makes no sense.. I see Samsung always comments on the review so to answer your question, yes I read the manual and followed all the calibration instructions as well as going to the Samsung diagnostic issue page. I realize this washer is a smart washer and weighs clothes to determine a water amount. I had one before and worked great. I can tell you this washer does not add nearly enough water to cover the clothes by far. I tried the deep fill feature, which fills the entire drum with water literally wasting tons of water. I resulted in getting a bucket of water and dumped it in my clothes so the water would cover everything. Having to do this each load is ridiculous. The impeller is a complete joke. It does not move the clothes much. It literally just swishes the clothes around a little with minimal force leading me to believe it is not really cleaning my clothes. My clothes do not feel or smell like they were washed. I have a baby and I have to wash his clothes twice to get food off. For some reason the clothes in the middle do not get sucked back in with the rest of the load leaving multiple items on top of the other clothes being washed and not in water. How is that washing my clothes?? They aren't even in water or moving around with the other clothes. Not sure if its because the impeller isn't strong enough to suck the clothes back down and circulate around. The rinse does not work great and still leaves the clothes with soap residue requiring an extra rinse for most loads. This means each load takes 2 hours... With that said, I will be purchasing a different washer and do not recommend

2 mth later still not working - Geek Squad ?

It took Geek Squad 1 week to come. Well, actually they forgot to show up in a 4 h window. Without an apology it took another week to show up. Well, of course they cam’t fix it because of missing repair parts. Another entire week waiting. They came and said its fixed. A day later.. same issues.. so we have to call the fabulous Geek Squad team again. Hard to say.. is it Samsung.. or Geek Squad.. I know.. i stay away from now on both brands but Geek Squad is extremely disappointing!! They need to hire or contract better.. but as a consumer you are somehow helpless.

Advised delivery schedule was bet 12-6. Though they were able to install like 15 mins. But no more time to explain how it works.!and they fly

Those are the only nice things. I thought the deep water option would be nice since my former Samsung used too little water and I would add extra water to each load. Sadly, the deep fill option doesn't apply to the normal wash cycle. There's hardly any water in the machine! The cycles take a long time to complete if you desire clean clothes, and that's the purpose, right?

We had to call Samsung support to calibrate the machine since Best Buy didn't do it. The machine worked on and off with issues filling the tub, random error codes and extremely loud. Sent it back and went with a different product.
