    If I could give zero stars I would. This washer was recommended to me and is my first ever Samsung purchase, and I cannot tell you how unhappy I am. The point of a washing machine is to wash your clothes. The sensors in this must be defective or something, because even in a small load, half of my clothes come out dry! I understand there is a "deep fill" option, so I am supposed to hit that button with every load? I have just destroyed a load of whites, or wait.. I will just rewash them three more times to see if they actually come clean, because ONE of my son's shirts had ice cream stains on it. Now ALL my whites have ice cream stains on them. So disappointing. And the inability to change some options on the default settings is a pain. I have had GE forever, and am so sad that I made the switch.

    Works great, but its brand new so I'm not impressed. Spin is amazing, spins clothes almost to fully dry. Takes over a hour for each and every load but not really a complaint in my book. So far so good...

    Agitator is weak and cannot handle large loads

    We've had this washer for about 3 months now. Went with this washer because we wanted something that could handle larger loads than our previous front facing washer. This washer can hardly handle a single queen size blanket without constantly giving "UR" codes and stopping mid wash. Recommend not purchasing the Geek squad warranty with this either. They will come out, tell you nothing is wrong and to use smaller loads of laundry (which if it can't handle a single comforter what's the point of buying this). Fun fact: they will charge you for the visit with your warranty funds if they don't replace any parts on their visit (even when you have video proof of the UR codes and the washer failing mid-wash) Buy another washer, don't buy the extended warranty.

    So much trouble to balance the load. Bedding is the worst. I will not buy a top load washer again.

    This machine washes fine, but it takes HOURS because it gets unbalanced EVERY WASH. If you put more than two pieces of clothing, it will get unbalanced. Changing the cycle and spin settings does nothing to help. Do yourself a favor and get a different machine!!!

    We bought the Samsung model WA50R5400AV in April , 2019. The machine worked get for almost 2 months. Exactly 2 months from date of purchase, the Washer stopped spinning — no codes - no sounds - no warning Called Samsung Tried re-calibration Did not resolve the problem

    A month and a half in and my washing machine is broke…it keeps pouring in cold water as soon as I hit power. Now I have to wait a week Samsungs technician to come to my house. Not great for a family of 5 and 5 dogs…guess you don’t always get what you pay for.

    I am having a hard time liking this washer... this is the first upgrade over a 20yr old washer that had a short circuit. It had an agitator and seemed to clean stains better. While this washer does refresh clothes, the stains are not touched much. The dryer is great, but the washer has left a lot to be desired. It's one of the more expensive ones, so this was a bit disheartening.

    Worst Washer ever purchased. I bought this washer a year ago. Setup by Beat Buy when delivered. Had it balanced and all. A few months later started getting error messages of unbalanced and tub would rock everywhere making loud noises. So much for their quiet technology. Called Samsung and they sent a technician out 3 weeks later. Tech had to order new springs and parts... Took a couple of weeks to get and for the tech to come back to replace. After a month it started doing the same thing again. Now in the middle of a wash, the whole tub fell into the machine. Springs broke with only a half load.. Contacted Samsung again and now they say the warranty expired a month ago... Now I'm stuck with a crap of a washer that is only a year old. Very disappointed at Samsung and at Best Buy for selling such a bad product.

    Junk, it had a unbalanced code and Best Buy or Samsung offered no support. I had to take this apart and purchase new shock absorbers off of Amazon and replace everything myself.

    It hasn’t been even 5 months and the thing stopped working it’s locked and my clothes still in it. Was about to get the dryer but now I’m thinking I should just put a match on it! Been on hold with customer care and now I need to get someone out to see what’s the problem !!
