4C Error 1st Day after delivered

Vendor stated this is somewhat common in this series, the pump fails from the start. Vendor replacing, but concerned this may not be a good washer for longevity.

I'm very disappointed with this machine..

Stoped working less than two years later!

The washer overfills with water and starts shaking uncontrollably. I've called Samsung a handful of times and they could not be much help other than telling me to collaborate on the washer. It's unfortunate they only give a 1-year warranty on such expensive items. I can't believe that this washer is less than two years old and is already a dud.
