Good probably for a white collar person not for a family with children. We’re not messy but hey we get a little make up or pick up some dirt in our socks and this machine does not get it washed off our clothes. Also when you put softener in the dispenser the little excess drips in to the drum righ on top of the clothes and they get oil like stains. Ugh! Also I hate it doesn’t have delayed start I wishe I could have my old lg

Let's start with the first problem I have with the washer, no matter the setting your looking for a long wash. minimal time on quick wash is 45 minutes. on any other setting you will be looking at 2 to 3 hours a load! Yes a load! The clothes are not coming out clean. I now am having to go to the laundromat, just to get everything done in day. There is also water left over in the place you put your fabric softener. Pso i cant put a full amount of softner in. Unfortunately best buy thinks this is okay. And will not return the product.

A waste of hard earned money

After calibration of water level (highly recommended by owners manual) I still have to use high fill level for all loads. Then when high fill is selected another 15 to 30 minutes is added to the already long 90 minute cycle. Washed a queen comforter according to manual,1 item,accordian fold = 2hr 15min total. Next queen sheets. 1hr 45 min wash. By the time items were washed,dried, and put back on bed I had 5 to 6 hrs invested. Basically,6hrs to do a comforter & sheets! Without using high fill items against drum get pilled,frayed & torn! Quick wash cycle is no better. Totally disappointed!

The washer doesn’t clean as well and clothes don’t smell as fresh. The dryer doesn’t dry clothes very well, come out damp. Extended time is necessary.

LEMON of a machine and Best Buy does nothing

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER CARE of any retailer I have dealt with. 1 month after receiving this lemon, our home was flooded and had to file a huge insurance claim with our homeowners since Best Buy took zero responsibility. After months of service calls we are still trying to get a replacement for this lemon however you can’t even speak to a person that cares. DO NOT BUY ANY LARGE APPLIANCE WITH EXTENDED COVERAGE BECAUSE THEY JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

Not what I expected

I had to google how to use this appliance to make it operate in an acceptable manner. I mean this is "smart" so it uses the least amount of water possible to complete a load. This usually creates a situation where the washer doesnt even fill high enough with water to cover the clothes. Im not an engineer but not sure how dry clothes on top of the load are getting clean. Lastly a regular load takes almost 2 hours from start to finish. This washer is not what i wanted. I would definitely recommend a side load version.

Have stopped 15 minutes into cycle - and clothes ARE NOT EVEN WET! This "save the planet water" is likely the problem. Does not put in enough water, ever. Have to presoak EVERYTHING. And the cold/warm controls simply do not work as they should. Select HOT, then turn the cold water off - and nothing happens. Nothing. Turn it back on, with HOT setting and all it is running is cold, almost all the time. This is not something you want to spend you life prewashing clothes to be sure they are wet - or, as have done, filled up a couple of buckets of HOT water from the sink to pour in. Technology run amock.

Works for around 18 months, then it breaks.

We purchased it in May of 2020. In December of 2021, it stopped spinning and draining. We have troubleshooted it. Got a repair person that Samsung recommended and they couldn't fix it. We checked for clogs, replaced the pump and it still doesn't work. Don't buy it. Other brands like GE, LG and Maytag has a 10 year limited warranty but Samsung doesn't. I should've taken that has a clue. Now, we have to buy another washer. We never purchase a Samsung again.

Lousy technicians. Machine uses a lot a water

We order this replacement for convenience. You can add small pieces of clothings likes socks without re-setting the machine, however, it uses a lot water. Techs installing this washer are the worst ever. They did not replace the drainage well. We only found out when our laundry was flooded. Management has no immediate corrective action! We are still even waiting for the resolution to the damage caused.

The washer an dryer I gave away was 15 years old and worked 10x Better than these. The good reviews have got to be fake. The washer doesnt even wash everything becaus the water stops before the top of the clothes n doesnt ever get them cuz it doesnt mix the clothes right. One of the many reasons not to purchase!! My cousin bought the same set and says the same things. Horrible buy and a big disapointment in Samsung!! Garbage!!
