I've had to have services calls now four times on both the washer and dryer. Both were making horrendous noises. Samsung finally replaced the assembly clutch and the unit isn't even a year old. Samsung needs to stick to what they do best. TVs, Cell Phones, and Tablets. Shoving all this smart technology into these units makes them junk.

Very frustrating to say the least. You would think the return process would be easy but nope that was a struggle too. I wouldn’t recommend this washer to anyone. Really bummed since the reviews seemed so great but i guess I just got a dud.

Samsung crap washer barely lasted 2 years

I would like to know how you can sell items that cost over 400$ a year to use. Very dissatisfied and hope someone makes it right. I see this washer is also heavily marked down so im assuming they know its a crap washer.

It comes to day my appliance keeps on throwing U6 code which is unbalanced code. I had geek squad for 5 years protection. At end they didn’t fix it due to serial number fading due to being put underneath lid.

A bucket and some dish soap would be better

Purchased with install and verified everything was hooked up correctly and unit was leveled. Washer rattles loudly with a raspy pitch. Does this empty or loaded. Waste of money. Matching dryer makes similar noise as it scrapes the drum along the inside while running(no visible damage to units).

Scratches unimaginable

They must not protect your whole machine because my brand new machine came with the worst scratches on top imaginable. For the price I paid I should have been delivered brand new machines without default. Disappointed in the care but love the machines.

I checked. Also,I NEVER RECEIVED THE REWARD POINTS FOR MY PURCHASE! So I paid for a giant paperweight and didn’t even receive the point for it! So disappointed!
