I live alone and do 2-3 loads of laundry per week, so it definitely wasn't from overuse. This washer is just a piece of junk and not durable at all. I am done with Samsung.

Upset with Best Buy

I really think y’all should cater to handy capabilities with special needs and truly and not brush us off .

The problem has been the delivery. We are almost over a month and 6 cancelations. They keep saying it is going to be delivered, but never happens. Store shows there are a lot in stock, but delivery says they are someone else's. It has been very frustrating and nobody seems to be able to put me to the right person.

Poor Choice

The choices on the controls are VERY limited, the load size is fine, just what I was looking for but that's were it ends, you have 2 choices as far as load sizes very low or a deeper water load so there is a need to rinse more than twice at time which is why you can rinse up to 5 times per load.

Washer flooded my basement.

Had the washer delivered a week later and the first time using it it flooded my basement causing lots of clean up and damage!! We are Thinking there was a faulty sensor and the water never shut off and switched to the next cycle . I returned both washer and dryer.

And it doesnt rinse well either, Im always breaking out from detergant left in clothes. Not to mention the dam melody it plays when finished. Very unsatisfied!

I just figured out that even putting clothes on cold it is spewing scorching hot water. Cold water is not even coming at all.

If you do a heavy load, it takes 3 hours. Also it does not pull the clothes from the top down so they are probably not getting very clean. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Not a good purchase

Even small loads are coming out dirty. It seems to make my lighter clothes look dirtier. I've cleaned it multiple times, tried vinegar, bleach, probiotic cleaners and it's still leaving horrible streaks on clothing. Definitely not worth the price tag.
