    This washer arrived 4/28 and today is 5/19; I haven’t had this thing for a month and I’ve been calling Samsung service because it won’t drain or spin. I’m wringing clothes out so they won’t mildew while I await a technician. My Whirlpool was loud but reliable! Do not buy this washer!

    Absolute garbage - machine lost its ability to balance a load during a spin cycle after 2 years. If you buy, get the replacement plan. I will not buy another Samsung washer.

    I can not use my washer because the delivery people noticed it was broke when hooking it up and water went everywhere in my laundry room, and now I have no washer. I really would like to wash clothes, I just moved into my house.

    Horrible item do not purchase this washer it doesn't wash the clothes. I tried all the detergent in the world and still nothing. I wash one shirt kid size with ketchup and it came out with the same stain just lighter.

    Unavoidable error code

    Just bought this top load washer and the same error code pops up. It says that the error is due to the hoses, but we change them out twice. I believe that I am out of the return period or else I would ask for a different washer.

    Finger print all over.... definitely not finger print resistant. Also and more importantly - when machine JD off I keep hearing water dripping from the washing machine hoses st the back Who can fix this pls

    The washing machine has not worked since the first time I used it. The water temperature can not be adjusted.It is always HOT. I've been wating weeks to get a repair man out here. Very dissapointed so far.

    This is the worse purchase of my life. The circuit board hadbto be replaced in less than a year and if you there is no way to reset the computer mechanism when it get stuck in a memory cycle.

    This washer does not do much other than twist the laundry into knots. Exchanged this and the matching dryer for an LG front loader pair which work well.

    This machine does not have a lint catcher so when you wash dark clothes expect lint to get all over your clothes. Do not buy this machine.

Front load washers are the only washer to have Debris filters and the reason is due the the design having the opening on the side and debris can damage.     Soap does not come off the clothes, no matter how many times you rinse or use hotter water. Cycles are super long to wash clothes. Wish I never purchased!
