Great Washer, easy to use

This washer is great, but I agree with one of the other posts, when using the HEAVY DUTY option, with the FABRIC SOFTNER and DEEP FILL options, each load takes nearly 2 hours. A normal load will take about 40 minutes with the Speed Wash button pressed which is great for normal loads and lightly soiled clothes. One option I would like to have on this washer is a notification being sent to my smartphone when the load is done or status of the washer. When running the HEAVY DUTY cycle, I kept checking several times because I did not realize it would take nearly 2 hours. The notification alarm when the washer is done is loud and relatively long, so I could hear it when I am somewhere else in the house. Installation was super easy with the fill hoses I bought. This is the first washer I purchased without an agitator and I think the washer works great. I make sure not to overfill the tub and stood by and watched the clothes move around while being cleaned. They did move around and the machine used enough water to cover all of the clothes.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It washes our clothes very clean. It uses very little water in wash cycle. This had originally concerned us since we want our clothes clean. However it did a great job. The rinse cycle does use more water to ensure that it removes the detergent. We tend to rinse twice to make sure it is clean. The things we don't like about it is the amount of time it take to clean. For low water efficiency there is a cost of time. Less water for washing requires more time for it to make sure that the clothes moves around and has a chance to make it into the suds. It uses quick agitation to make everything move around. As mention above it does its job. With the quick agitations I did notice anything long does get tangled with everything. So far no issues with it but I did find it annoying. With no center, it allows washing of bigger items like comforters. That is a huge plus. Possibly this is why it take longer to wash.. but this is speculation on my part. Overall it washes all our clothes very clean.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It had a large capacity and has worked well for 5 years ...unfortunately in the past few months when it is spinning the washed clothes and linen it makes a lot of noise and seems to rattle all over and takes forever to finish the cycle since it continuously stops, needs to redistribute the load, adds more water and goes on and on ... Checked with an appliance repair company and replacing the balancing rods will be closed to $500, so I will have to replace soon :(
