I had Greek squad protection so they did come out twice to fix the issue but the issue kept happening after some weeks and at that point my Greek squad had expired. Greek squad couldn’t do anything about it since protection had expired even though I had constant problems. I contacted Samsung to see if they had some type of warranty that can cover that since they can see on their side I have had multiple repairs on this washer but Samsung was trying to charge me $300 for a technician to come take a look plus whatever the parts will end up costing since their warranty only last 1 year. This was my first Samsung washer & I have never had a washer that last less than 3 years. I definitely do not recommend Samsung for washer nor dryer.

I ordered same dryer from NF December 10th and they changed my delivery date 4 times so I cancelled the order. I ordered same dryer from Best Buy and it was delivered in 2-3 days. Now that's good service.

However, I have 3 teen boys and a husband whom are all active. Then tend to get mud on their clothing, I have had to put pants back in the washer up to 3x before the are clean. Even that, I don't they're clean. I set it on regular and it's in the washer for over an hour and still not clean. I guess if you are light on clothing without children, this would be great. My cloths are fine, but I work in an office. It doesn't prove to be great if you need a good wash.

Good for the first 2 years

After 3 years and a few odd months, I cannot wash a load of laundry without it going off balance constantly. Aside from it being a nice washer, looks wise, it's junk. I have decided to get rid of it and go with a GE front load washer. I will never go back to Samsung again.

Disappointing

I purchased my washing machine brand new in 2021 for $800+, and I may have unrealistic expectations of an appliance with this price point, but I feel like after only 3 years I shouldn't be having as many issues as I do, when all I want is to have clean clothes. I am kicking myself that I ever made the purchase when there is only a 1-year warranty. It's incredibly disappointing that a manufacturer as reputable for their versatility as Samsung would put a 1-year warranty on a product that has ultimately become both an inconvenience and a money pit.

It's now 4-years old and for the last 2 years has constantly become unbalanced during every cycle and will just continually repeat the rinse cycle and then become unbalanced during the spin cycle so clothes are always soaking wet. I have to run things through the dryer multiple times. I've tried to have Samsung support help and the fix is always temporary. I wish I had bought just an old school Maytag or Kenmore.

Continous Unbalanced Drum

The machine runs out of balance on every wash despite being level, regardless of the load size. Fully serviced all parts and calibrated but still fails. Worst still, the Samsung solution is to refill the drum with water and start the session again, it's an endless cycle when on Spin Only. Do NOT buy this machine

When the machine becomes off balanced, it restarts the rinse & spin cycle in a continuous loop. I was trying to pinpoint the spike in my water bill, and this machine resetting the rinse & spin cycle was the culprit. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

It means its off balance. We would adjust it and it would take 3-4 hours to finish washing clothes . Im so upset ! We now have to buy a new washer and this one still feels like we just bought it . We called samsung and they said The manufacturer warranty has expired 3 months ago. Honestly im mad !!. Ill never ever buy Samsung again!!!

two repairs in 2 yrs, get protection plan!

In Jan. 2019 and again in Nov. 2019, found water under washer. We bought the protection plan, and getting repairs from Geek Squad was quick and easy both times. However, just got this update: "The costs to repair your product have now reached your plan's maximum benefit amount. This means the terms of your plan have been fulfilled and your Geek Squad® Protection Plan coverage has ended." Next time it leaks we will have to pay for repairs. Not confident in quality.
