Wont finish spun cycle dont buy

Samsung tech support said the washer can only handle 15 lbs of wet clothes! So unless you only wash 2 towels at a time i would look at otber options. Out of warranty repair cost just shy of replacing the machine!

My last washer lasted 10 years... NOT THIS ONE!

When I called a repair service, they didn't seem to know what the problem was. It makes horrific noise when it tries to spin. Normal loads are now taking twice the amount of time. I'm now waiting on another repair service. BUT a washer should last longer that 2.5 years. Don't buy it.

Tried the Spin Only cycle and would not spin. Later tried to do a load and the drum banged from side to side. Samsung - Quit adding so many extras and focus on just making a machine that works!!! FYI; My 4K Samsung TV requires resets all the time too due to screen distortion. This is probably my last Samsung purchase.

I have to babysit this piece of crap b/c if I don't it gets unbalanced and refills itself. Repeat over and over. If I leave the house it will do this all day long. Not sure the purpose of larger Cu. Ft. if it can't handle the balancing. If I could afford it, I would buy a new unit and put this crap by the curb.

Everything breaks on them after a couple years. We have a Samsung dishwasher, gas range, fridge, and washer. And we have had to fix something in each of them! Not cheap either! Wasted my money

Thank you for sending this review. We apologize that your experience with the Washer was less than ideal. I hate to see you're having trouble with your Washer getting unbalanced.
Regardless of the size, washing sheets one item at a time is safer, making them cleaner. They can get unbalanced in the tub and cause poor spinning results.
