Takes a LONG Time To Use Programmed Cycle

Using the quick wash cycles allows you to use your own settings, so I'm not sure why I needed this expensive washer. The good news is that we can wash huge items in this large basin... even bigger than the dryer's capacity.

I knew after I used my daughter's co worker Samsung set at her house, I knew I had to have this set also. I'm in love and I definitely love Samsung brand items. I love how my washer and dryer sings when it's done with the cycles. I'll always purchase Samsung brand everything.

Clothes get so clean

If you are short...you may not be able to reach to bottom of drum. I am 5’4” and I barely make it.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As soon as this was delivered there was a assortment of cloths to wash and put this new machine to the test, after reading reviews till I was cross eyed the low water usage wasn't a problem. Yes on normal wash there was less water but covered the cloths well and the wash action was amazing. Larger loads we choose the deep fill option using the heavy duty cycle, the water as about 2/3rd full supplying plenty of water. The wash action was slower with the larger amount of water but everything came out clean and fresh.

Good pair of laundry for the money

They are nice looking and have steam features which I wanted. So far they clean well. The only negative is that they are bit loud, more so than I thought they’d be. I had some front loafers in an old house which were much more quiet.
