Washer works great. Has a large load capacity and also a 30 min wash time for smaller less dirty items. We love it..also 200.00 cheaper at Best buy on sale sale as compared to Home Depot on sale.

Compared to what we have had in the past, this washer is head and shoulders above the competition in performance. We never have to worry about clothes not being clean even with heavy-duty loads or bedding.

Everything from the sales person selling this to us to delivery to using it is great. We didn't need anything to crazy. Just something that will get things washed. Works like a champ

This washer is Huge! I can easily fit a large comforter in it. There are so many different washer cycles to choose from plus a deep fill option if your doing a big bulky load. I would definitely buy it again

i love my new washer! there are so many settings for different types of clothes. I love the the fact that you can deep fill the unit even though its an efficiency washer. Overall i am very pleased with my purchace.

So far my wife has loved this machine. It's quite and efficient. Worth every penny and love the look of the finish. The additional water spout for pre treating clothes is and added value.

I love the look and ease of use! It's a new appliance in a new home so i haven't used it much yet, but I know Best Buy will be supportive if I need assistance for any reason!

I like alot. but recently it has gotten off balance and now we are trying to see how to read the codes. We're just gonna have to call about the warranty.

I got this about three weeks ago. Very modern with many options. More than I really need but so far it has worked really well. Much larger capacity than previous washer so one load gets everything done.

Had to replace a front loader LG unit on a pedestal that was vibrating so badly it was failing internally (grinding noise), leaking and banging the sink, walls and dryer as it moved around. It even had aftermarket vibration isolation pads under the metal feet. This top loader was the solution. It even comes equipped with its own vibration isolation pads as part of the 4 adjustable feet. No significant vibration. Very pleased. Only caution note - my 5' 2" wife needs a step stool to be able to reach to bottom of washer to remove clothes.

Love, love, love it! Very quiet and I love that I can set to what my needs are! From a king size comforter to a small delicate load!

So far this washer and dryer is super nice I have no complaints I have a warranty on both of them just in case but as far as the product itself it seems like they are going to a great pair!

We really like it, it can handle a ton of stuff and has lots of options. Be aware this is one of Samsung's machines that only have two options: no alerts at all, or a really annoying song that plays for way too long

I love this new washing machine. The sing song tune when turning it on can be annoying, but if that is my only complaint, then I’d say it is well worth it! Plus the delivery and set up was flawless!

We have been using this for a month now. Everything seems to be fine. We have not had any issues with it. The installation by Best Buy was great. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional.

There have been some great improvements in this model since I purchased it previously in 2007. It's quieter, uses less water (it seems), and more cycle options. I'd definitely recommend it.

This Samsung Washer/Dryer combo is great. Gets everything super clean and the dryer is equally as efficient. The steam option in the dryer is great for clean wrinkled clothes-

This washer works really well. At first it is pretty confusing to learn how to use but once you try a couple of times, it's pretty easy. Cleanse my clothes very well. So far so good!

This washer cleans really well. However, it does take about an hour or more to wash most of the cycle. It also moves the machine when it spins but overall I think it does it cleaning well.

Very roomy for more wash but I needed to add note soap to my cloths as the soap dispenser is way too small. I’ve just used it for a little over a month. It’s also ver quiet.
