I have to use a stepping stool to get clothing out of the bottom! Didn’t think about getting another model. We had purchased the dryer first and just went with the same model, not thinking the other models close in range had smaller drums. I’ve only had it to half the capacity. Still learning to use all the digital controls. I like the fact that I can add extra water if necessary. Chose a top loader to get away from the build up and mold issues from our previous front loader.
