This washer has me questioning if my clothes are getting cleaned. Never see any soap suds during the cycle. Also I prefer pods over liquid or powder detergent. Best to read the manual. Jury is still out on this washer. Too many washer cycles to choose. Not looking to study manual .

Has a fast wash too which is very convenient. We did have to wait a long tim to get them, but it was worth the wait.It was awsome too when we did purchase them because we got them on sale for 620 a piece when normally they are 899 each so got a great deal on them.

There are many options, including fabric softener, temperature and rinse cycles. The time of each wash is so much longer than what I'm used to, but I have gotten use to it living in a 2-person home. The color, design and interface makes this easy to use. Great product with a great price!

I'm glad I made a quick decision to get this and it's companion. They're quiet, which is nice. They've got tons of options from steaming clothes with the dryer to deep fill with the washer. I will also say that I've noticed that my clothes feel softer which probably means they're not as harsh. Great buy.

It was a little wider and a little taller than my old unit so it barely fit. I love that you can look inside while it is washing. But if you use hot water there’s enough steam that you really can’t see anyway. The tray that you put the soap in I wish came out Farther. Do you have to be careful or else you’ll miss the soap holder when you pour the soap in. It is a great washer.
