Oh man! The capacity of this washer is enormous. It will wash large comforters with ease. It is very easy to use. The pre-wash setting is great for tough stains and worked like a charm. This is very easy to use and great with the companion dryer, a must have set. Kids actually love to help with the laundry now. Be careful though not to get lost in that huge tub.

When researching this item I was very skeptical due to the amount of complaints Samsung had with their laundry appliances. Luckily, my worries faded away. The biggest thing is when you first get it, make sure to calibrate before washing it so it knows the original weight. I calibrated it and I have never had an issue with having too little or too much water. It does a great job getting the clothes clean. No rips or tears! I can say I would definitely buy again. I love the options on the washer. I love how quiet it is (unless you have a large load then you can hear it a tad bit). I am so happy we went with this washer. Bought this washer to replace the Ex large capacity Sears Kenmore I had for the last 29 years. I needed something large enough to wash my king sized bedding. I searched and compared washers for awhile now as my last washer was slowly dying. I finally settled on this Samsung and I am so happy I did! Having an impeller gives me more room than my last washer. My clothes come out cleaner. I love all the options for washing cycles, water temperature and number of rinse cycles. My king size comforter fits without a problem. I had read all the reviews with some stating the washer didn’t fill with enough water to properly cover/clean your clothes. You need to calibrate the machine when it is installed before you wash your first load of clothes, I did this and have not had a problem with not having enough water. The only thing that is taking time for me to get use to is the wash time as my old washer had a 25 minute wash cycle and this washer takes anywhere from an hour to over two hours depending on the size of the load and number of rinses but that is a small inconvenience that I am getting use to.

So far, so good! Cannot believe how quiet this machine is compared to the old one. Larger capacity makes the time spent on laundry much shorter than before. Delivery and setup was a great experience as well. Top notch professionals who were courteous, punctual, and helpful. Happy customer all around at this point.

I replaced my older style top loading washer that had an agitator with this machine. Love the capacity I am able to do one load now that I normally would have had to do in two separate loads. The temperature, rinse, spin, and soil levels can be customized on most settings. The machine over all is pretty quiet. Definitely happy with my purchase

Do yourself a favor buy this washer with no regrets it is so quiet but very powerful. Clothes Linens and Kingsize comforters come out clean and fresh. Also this washer does wonders for active wear cleans very well with push through water jet technology it's amazing no agitator tearing up your clothes 1 year in no hiccups no regrets ...

It is so quiet it is easy to forget it is on. So far I haven’t had to use all the functions, but it is fairly intuitive on how to use. I was so excited to get this without the agitator and I haven’t been disappointed. I also love that rather than a nerve jarring buzzer, it plays a little tune when it is done:

I really like this washing machine for the size. The only downfall is on a normal wash cycle it takes about an hour and 40 minutes if you add fabric softener to your wash but other than that I really like the washing machine. Also it do not have agitator but it's still get my clothes really clean.

Love this Samsung top-loader washer that replaced an LG front-loader. It's elegant looking, with dark charcoal colored, smodge-proof finish. It's efficient, energy-savimg, and effective in cleaning our clothes. Love it...so quiet, too. Very happy with this choice and the purchase and highly recommend it.

I really like this Washer. Great! Stainless Steel inside and stong body.. Not to noisy at all and when it spins it doesn't shake everything like most do and it gets your clothes clean and smelling good.Mercedes spent enough time finding me the best machines within my budget and making sure I had enough to get my protection plan.

Really like this washer. I’m not a fan of front loaders because I don’t like have to bend over to pull wet clothes out. This washer works efficiently and cleans well. I like the water spout for pretreating and removing stains. One of the most quite washers I’ve owned and can’t hear it across the house like I could my old washer. Two thumbs up!

I am not bashing on this item, but there are a few things that bother me. 1) The lack of water to clothes. I get this machine is suppose to be "smart" and identify how much water you need, but I wish it filled up a little more than it does. I feel like some clothes does not get saturated enough to wash well. 2) I miss the agitator. Although my clothes comes out smelling great, I often wonder how clean it is. I washed a stained clothing piece. I threw it in without pre treatment and the stain was still present. MY 20+ washing machine that I just upgraded from use to remove stains without pre-treating and the agitator helped. So as much as I want to think my clothes is clean when I take them out of the washer, I certainly have reservations about the true meaning of clean clothes using this washer.

Bought this online about 3 weeks ago. It is super quiet and saves a lot of water. Can wash all our clothes for a day in 1 load because its big and roomy. The super speed option saves a lot of time because it shortens the washing time. Very happy with my purchase.

This washer is easy to use and has a very large load capacity. The drum much quieter than a washer with an agitator in the middle and the laundry always smells clean with only filling up the detergent to the first line in a typical cup.

This is one shiny washer! It’s very sleek looking. If you wanted an HE machine but don’t have the space to open from the front you can definitely use the this toploader. It works great. I would refer this washer to my friends and family. I’ve only had this machine for a couple of months but so far so very good.

This washer does the job well and can handle very large loads of laundry. Not having the agitator has been great on more delicate items of clothing and clothes come out very clean. The number of settings is phenomenal. No matter the need, there is a setting for you.

Love the see thru lid, love the color, love that it holds my king size bedding, it’s quiet, has large letters on the controls, easy to read and so easy to set controls. Love the water faucet inside to wet stains and scrub before you wash. Has a modern look.

Best thing since sliced bread. Works far better than what i thought i was getting. Im so upset that i didnt get these sooner. the washer is so quite that i forget that its washing most of the time. Best washer ever!!!!
