We're still getting used to the "look, ma - no agitator" design, but we're appreciating it more and more with every load washed. Now, if the matching dryer that we bought would just hurry up about getting here, as our aging, current dryer can't handle a whole load from this washer at one time.

Ability to pause cycle mid-wash to change cycle or add/remove clothing. Negatives: Anything in black needs to be fingerprint resistant It takes a few washes to get the perfect setting for drying. I've set Activewear to the "Activewear" cycle and the clothes have come out still wet. Pricey

Took a bit of practice to get it full of water because I'm old school and didn't think just a bit of water would work. I don't feel my whites get clean unless I increase the water level. Once cycle starts to agitate I add water by turning on inside water button until water level is where I want it.
