I purchased this washer 3 years ago and it broke down. Most of the time when I buy large appliances I buy the maintenace insurance and have only used it once. So I didnt buy it this time. Bad mistake. I called Samsung and the cost to have them look at it and fix it is astronomical. Might as well buy a new one (after 3years only and little usage too). Like I said, I had not had problems with Samsung appliances until now and lesson learned in not buying a maintenance plan.

You can wash a king comforter with high quality and no issues. It's smart tech features make it simple to use and difficult to misuse. It has many wash cycles and various options for water levels, gets the clothes clean and sings a charming little tune when the cycle ends. This was a fantastic purchase!
